Will serviced our garage door on a cold Sunday morning. He installed new torsion springs and noted some other concerns that we also had him repair. He was courteous, friendly, and a pleasure to have in our home. I wish more tradesmen were as personable as he was. We hope that we don't have to see him again anytime soon (no offense!), but if we do have a need for further repairs, I intend to ask for him by name!!!

Called on a Holiday weekend Saturday afternoon 2PM appt. Set up for between 2-4 and the repairman would call when he has on his way to let you know his arrival time. At about 2:30, Ryan, the repairman called and said he could be here by 3:00 if that was convenient as he finished a call earlier than expected and was only 15 minutes away. I told him to come ahead. Ryan, was pleasant, friendly, he walked in the garage, looked up and said I see your problem from here a broken spring. He gave us the price and advised us that it is better to do both at once. He did them quick, neat and even re-programmed one of our garage door openers. Great Job Ryan, Thank You

Excellent experience, I called after lunch and was told a technician would be available later in the afternoon. Zoran quickly diagnosed the problem, recommended a couple of options, and we decided to purchase a new belt drive opener. He was very knowledgeable, professional and completed the install quickly.

The tech was very fast and was very good at adjusting our doors and and repairing the openers. The only issue I had was the price of the parts (sensors) that were installed. I checked the prices of the same items that the tech pulled from his truck at home depot later in the day and found the parts were more than doubled. I can understand some up charge for the convenience - but the prices you charged were ridiculous. But the tech was very professional.

I found Precision Door as I perused the Internet. Impressive, very professional looking. And you were able to perform the same day as I called. Service performed; New springs, rollers, the whole works. The door would not raise. Now here is a PLUSE, the technician, Z, most impressive. Smile, courteous, and very, very thorough in explaining what had to be done and WHY. That door sounds better now than it did when it was new. In closing, I felt the $ 789.00 was quite steep. But hell, I'm old 90, old school. ?????????? P.S. Told Z I am a WWII vet and asked if I qualified for a discount. Don't know if I received one. Thanks for prompt, top notch pro-service. William R. My tenants son hit the sensor on my garage door with his bicycle making it inoperable. Bill had explained to the father how the sensors work and how the red lights on each side should both be on. He gave him his personal phone number in case it happened again that he would walk through it with him so a service call will not be necessary and charged to the owner. I appreciated his instructions to my tenant and also the concern for me as an owner. Thank you Bill.

Your technician, Zoran Jovanovic did an excellent job, not only repairing the broken spring, but also outlining the other problems with our door. The door had previously been installed with inferior rollers and two different sizes of springs. Zoran did a complete overhaul on our door and when he finished our door was operating smoothly and quietly. Thanks for an excellent job. Definitely a 5 star repair.

I had an emergency to get out but my door would not close. Ryan was here within the hour so I was very pleased with his service. They may cost a little more but the warranty and service is worth it so am glad I had them replace my old one. So far all problems have been resolved and Ryan is very nice.
