5 stars. Paul and Chris were awesome. Installed new opener (can't hear our 16 yr old child sneaking in now), replaced spring, cables, rollers, keypad, tightened all bolts, aligned door.

Bill was the technician who repaired our garage door today. He was here for a different repair about a year ago. On both occasions I found him to be prompt, courteous, competent, very knowledgeable, and just a very nice person. Our experience on both occasions could not have been more positive. Excellent service. Since garage door would not open and car was inside, emergency service was provided without addition cost. Technician immediately detected problem, explained it fully and provided a quote. We accepted the quote and rebuild was completed within an hour. We found Precision on Angie's List and are very pleased with the service.

I am impressed by the professionalism of the employees at Precision. The receptionist was prompt and courteous, Al was a great technician that thoroughly explained the nature of the problem with our garage door. He also presented two repair options with the pros and cons of each. I would highly recommend this company and Al Fleming.

Great website technician Bill was great and very knowledgeable. I had bought 2 new remotes and see if could help me program them. He explained to me that the remotes would not work because my Stanley is an older unit and the remotes would only work on units 98 and newer. 5Star rating from the Nelsons.

Hi, When I called I was told a technician would be out between 11:00am-2:00pm . Paul called 10:10am and said he was in the Berea area and would be by in about 20 minutes. He arrived 15 minutes later took a few minutes to greet my husband and I. Another 5 minutes to check out what needed repairing on the garage door and another 5 minutes to explain the good, better and best repair options. Then it took about 1 hr to complete and explain what he did . He was polite and courteous . I would definitely recommend your company to my friends and family. Thank you !

Very satisfied with Precision Door Service. When the spring on my garage door snapped on a Saturday night in January, in the middle of a fridgid Cleveland winter, tech Bill Adamini was at my house that Sunday afternoon (at no extra weekend charge). Bill's extensive door knowledge and descriptions of solutions quickly put me at ease. Within 20 minutes my door was fixed and my family was on the road again. Will use Precision in the future!

Prompt, quick service. I've had good experiences in the past with Precision and this visit was no different. My technician, Al Flemming, was knowledgeable, nice, and helpful. He repaired my door quickly with little expense. I would definitely recommend Precision and will continue to use them in the future because of their quality service.

It's always a pleasure to write a good review on a job very well done. Ryan came out to help decide what could be done with a very noisy 18 year old garage door opener. Since worn out gearing/bearigs were unlikely to improve with more grease or oil lubrication I picked out an replacement opener package. Ryan provided the details without "pressure" to help choose a new system. The installation was quick and clean. Ryan helped set up the in car remote and helped rehang an item that was next to the new opener. Professional and customer focused....with a solid product. Neighbors will be told who to go to for garage door problems

Thank you Jim, you have great team of highly professional workers. I am very happy with my garage door and would recommend your company to my friends and family. I have only one suggestion, the original trim on the outside frame of my garage door was little wider than your replacement trim which requires me to paint the frame. I am sure that is something you can easily accommodate, I know trims come in various widths. Thank you.

As for the stops, unfortunately some of the older doors have the wood stops, which are slightly wider than the more modern stops. We hope it is not to much of an inconvenience to you.

I give Bill a 5- star A+ rating. He was courteous, friendly, informative and efficient, explained the purpose of necessary parts, answered questions, and educated me. Bill repaired my broken garage door springs and my garage door opener. He even went out of his way to help me with my garage door opener remote that was not working properly and gave me an old one he had in his truck that he was not using. I was very happy with my service, so I would say that Bill performed an outstanding job; quite an asset to Precision Overhead Garage Door Service.
