Precision Garage Door Service truly deserves a 5 star rating. We realized our garage door stopped working at 12:30, called Precision (and yes, a real person answered the phone!) Used Precision Overhead Door in the past and were completely satisfied. Called again with opener issues. Based on John's professional recommendation, we chose to upgrade our system. The spring on my garage door snapped without warning just when I had an MD appointment. I could not lift the door manually. I called precision because they installed my opener a year ago. They came out with out much delay and arrived with all parts needed. the Technician was very knowledgeable and it only took him one hour. I was very pleased with the quickness and efficiency.

We had a great experience with John from Precision door! A spring broke on our garage door and we couldn’t get the cars out. It was 4:30pm. I went on the website and there was availability at 6:00 pm that same day! John came out, explained all of the options and completed the work. He was friendly and very capable. John Gilles is the Tech. that came out. He finished a job before me a little early so he called and stopped by sooner. I explained the problem and I had old wiring that caused the issue of the garage door not going up or down. He did not take long to fix it. John also did maintenance. Then I asked if he could install a new rubber on the lower part of the other garage door which he did. Previously, they installed a new garage door that still looks great. John explained everything and he was very professional and cleaned up after himself. John also came out today. I didn't have to wait a few days.

This is our 3rd time using precision. So far it has always been an emergency, and they show up right away. Yesterday our door wouldn't close, the temperature was below zero, and we were expecting a snow storm to roll in.
