He walked me through the different cost options for the repair to help either a short term fix or long term to meet our needs and price point. There was no sales pitch involved, it was a conversation of what we wanted him to fix and perform preventative maintenance to with an upfront cost. You put in new springs for me, they were not adjusted evenly, you charged me $75 to show up - adjusted the springs for another $75 and left after 7 months of doing the job with a supposed 3 year guarantee and me having to pay you another $150 - I will never do business with you again!
