My Tech was Zoran, he called me 30 minutes in advance for a heads up and was right on time. Very friendly fella, showed me a couple things wrong and why it broke when it did. Zoran had my garage unit fixed up in about 30 minutes, showed me what exactly he fixed/adjusted and replaced, now my garage runs smoother than when I bought my house. Much appreciated and lesson learned, when you break your garage door, just call someone who actually knows what they’re doing.
