The spring on our garage door broke and I was unable to open the door. Fortunately, the car was not inside the garage at the time that the spring broke. After we called Precision, our Service-person, Zoran, contacted us immediately to let us know that he was on his way and gave us an estimated time of arrival. He was actually at our home and working on our door less than an hour after we called Precision to request service. Zoran was very courteous, professional and skilled. He was able to remove the broken spring, replace it with a new one quickly and safely and adjusted the torque of the spring appropriately. He also lubricated all of the moving parts. Our garage door is now as good as new. Zoran is an outstanding representative of your company. We are repeat customers of Precision Overhead Garage Door and we will not hesitate to call Precision again if the need arises because of our experience with Precision to date.

The spring on my garage door broke just as I pulled into the garage. I called a family member who used your company last year and got the phone number. I immediately called and someone answered the phone . She was able to set me up with an appointment the next afternoon. I was elated. The technician ( Zoran) called to let me know he was on his way. He arrived, gave me the quote and began the job. I appreciated him. It only took an hour and I was able to put my car back into the garage. Great job!!! Another good experience with Precision Garage Door. They have installed a new garage door opener and new garage doors, as well as helping whenever something odd goes wrong. Each and every technician has been on time (or early), knowledgeable and good at their job. Recently, after a series of power outages, my garage door opener was not working. Zoran Jovanovic came and made some adjustments and got the system working again. He explained that power surges could “fry” the opener and it would be ruined. He made a great suggestion about using a heavy duty surge protector cube to prevent future disasters. I’ve done just that and already survived another power interruption. Thank you Zoran!

I took a chance on Precision door. I was skeptical by the large advertisement thinking about their overhead and how this will probably cost an arm and a leg. But they charged a competitive fee which is understandable. More importantly, the job was done correctly. I called at 8am and the job was complete by 12PM. They replaced Motor, Key Pad and Sensors. The unit I had was 20 years old. I don't know they guys name who did the work, but he was he was honest and true, no bull. straight shooter. I know this because I have done mechanical repair my entire life, so I know what he was saying was true. I am older now, and not knowing the tricks of the trade, it would have taken me all day to do the job myself. It sucks getting old, but as they say, work smarter not harder. Have someone else do the job!
