Great same day service to repair broken spring. Found Precision online. Called this morning. Attendant was friendly and made the appointment. The tech called to ask if he could come early. I have had my doors since 2019. Everyone that see them love them and want to know where I got them. My problem today was not the doors but the garage opener. The light wouldn't go off and at times went on by itself. Joran came an adjusted it and now it is fine. Joran called before he came and said he could come early which was fine with me. Our garage door was not operating smoothly so I sent a live chat to get a Technician to inspect it. Zoran came out and inspected the door and replaced plastic rollers with all metal rollers and it made a huge difference. Zoran provided us with some simple tips to avoid any problems. Zoran is very professional, very polite and did a great job within 45 minutes. We have used Precision Garage many times when we lived in other cities. Extremely reliable honest service. This was my 1st experience with Precision and now I won't utilize any other company for anything related to my garage door/opener, even though I have a home warranty. Zoran is extremely knowledgeable, very polite, very professional. He pointed out some subtle signs of things that had happened to the door prior to my owning the house, recommended a maintenance item I can easily do, and readily replaced both springs and rollers. Precision Garage door was terrific. I asked a co-worker for a recommendation and they strongly recommended Precision. I called Monday and they had a technician there on Tuesday. They were easily able to remedy the issue and provided details on what to watch for as the door and opener ages. Having the confirmation email include both the name and picture of the technician coming to do the work helped me to easily identify them when they arrived. More service related companies should adopt this practice. Well done!

Talk about awesome service! I called Saturday morning and by 3 pm had a new garage door opener installed. Mine was over 35 years old so this was no surprise. Doran Jovanovic explained my choices and answered my questions clearly. He was early (called first), and was very neat. Great experience... the technician quickly assessed the situation and explained the options (repair or replace). I decided on replacing the door and he was able to immediately provide an estimate. He got my door in operating condition again until the replacement door could be delivered and installed.
