Everything went as good as we hoped. A service tech was scheduled for next day after calling. Al arrived on time, got everything fixed, did some maintenance and departed quickly. Cleveland Garage Door installed this opener 9 years ago. Works fine until we knocked sensor loose. CGD will definitely be who we always call.

I had Precision Garage Door install openers nearly 15 years ago, and they worked perfectly until a glitch today. One of the doors wouldn't close. I called at 3:45 in the afternoon, and a very kind and friendly technician arrived 40 minutes later. He fixed the problem and installed a new key paid for me, to boot. They did great work repairing a safety sensor. What I really liked was they came the same day. They said they would come between noon and 2:00. They called at noon and said they would be there in 20 minutes and they were. Usually repair people would say between noon and 2:00. They would call at 3:00 and say they're running behind and they'll be there in 30 minutes. They come at 4:00.

As soon as John walked into the garage he could see the issue. He walked me through the different cost options for the repair to help either a short term fix or long term to meet our needs and price point. There was no sales pitch involved, it was a conversation of what we wanted him to fix and perform preventative maintenance to with an upfront cost. This was very calming to know transparently ahead of time. To fix our garage door took maybe 90 minutes and it was a painless process. Very glad we went with you guys!
