Paul came to my home today to adjust a major gaps on both sides of the garage door letting in wind and snow in the winter and insects in the summer. Very satisfied with the entire process of working with Precision. I was able to easily schedule an appointment online for the very next day, which happened to be Christmas Eve day. The technician (Al) communicated that he would actually be early which was, great. He provided me with a quick estimate, had the springs I needed on his van, and completed the repair within 20-30 minutes. All of this done at what I felt was a reasonable cost. I would recommend them and will use them in the future.
