Honestly, I don’t know your company and I haven’t got the work done yet but there are 3 people who were the reasons why I chose your company: A. My next door neighbor who raved about your work on his garage door. B. Jen, the young lady who I first spoke with to schedule the appointment for the estimate. She was anmazing and so accommodating. C. Nick, the young man who came to give us a quote for the job. He was punctual, professional, knowledgeable, and very patient. He thoroughly explained everything and answered all of my questions. He completely sold me on your company and their work. So in my own personal opinion the greatest asset to your business is your people and your best advertising is from word of mouth.

Paul B. was excellent in identifying the problem and offering a solution to remedy the situation. We looked at new doors online and were given a quote. All of which was done in a professional and very friendly manner. We’re bought the door and paid a deposit. Kudos to Paul B for his knowledge, experience, and manner.

Our old garage door opener died and I didn't hesitate to call Precision Garage Door Service. You see they installed our garage door a couple of years ago and did such a fantastic job that I knew I wanted them to take care of this problem. They are very professional, explain everything in detail before they do it, test it out to make sure it works properly and clean up. We are very happy with the results both with the garage door and the opener. Great company.

My technician made sure to let me know when he would arrive, was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, fair and competent. He took the time to show me exactly what was wrong with my garage door, how he would fix it and exactly what it would cost. He finished early and cleaned up the site before leaving. Couldn't imagine a better experience.

Dear Precision Team, Please continue to provide your services to the greater Cleveland Community. I couldn't find the paperwork showing when I first began to do business with your company but it has been at least 20 years. Your office staff found records that showed my last interaction (before this week, 08/17/2026) was back in 2011. That means your work on my garage door has lasted! This Monday I came out of the house to see my garage door was 4 inches higher off the ground on one side. I called the office and the staff member confirmed that I should not try to open the door. This call was at 9:05AM. Technician John left a voicemail at 9:36 saying he would be at my residence shortly. He was friendly, knowledgable and professional. He knew immediately the trouble was a broken cable. He showed the rusted cable and explained he would be replacing them. He gave the price before beginning work and also explained that all fees and taxes are included in the final price. My door was properly repaired by 10.10 AM. YOU. ROCK.

Our installer, John, was just fantastic. You could tell he was very knowledgeable in installing the new garage door opener and everything that went with it. He was friendly, explained thoroughly on how to operate the new Genie door opener, took his time with us and answered any questions we had. You have a very good employee working for you.

Paul came to my home today to adjust a major gaps on both sides of the garage door letting in wind and snow in the winter and insects in the summer.
