Good communication prior to arrival. Bill A was polite, patient and did great job explaining all our options including spending time reprogramming old remote ( that they didn’t install). I would call /use them again if need in future. Only thing I needed replaced was the electric disconnect mechanism .

I called Precision Overhead Garage Door around 1230pm for an appointment. I have had my doors since 2019. Everyone that see them love them and want to know where I got them. My problem today was not the doors but the garage opener. The light wouldn't go off and at times went on by itself. Joran came an adjusted it and now it is fine. Joran called before he came and said he could come early which was fine with me.
