Anthony always offers superior customer service. He's thorough in his explanations. He makes sure that you know exactly what you're getting and any cost effective alternatives if you're budgeted. Otherwise, you go into any agreement with full knowledge of cost, time, etc.

I am so pleased with the service; they installed my original door years ago. The tech Anthony resolved my problem and went above and beyond, since I was caring for my 2 yr old grandson, snd trying to keep him occupied. I would highly rd command. The promptness of getting someone out was so helpful.

I have had Anthony Wise service my garage doors in the past, and he installed two new doors a few years back. I needed help with the remote and keypad today. I requested Anthony because he is very knowledgeable and courteous. He solved the issues readily. He offers excellent explanations and options along with suggestions for future maintenance. I will call again when garage issues arise, and I will most certainly request Anthony. Thank you! Shirley

It was easy to select a weekend appointment time to discuss a new garage door with Precision. Anthony showed up on time, was personable, and walked me through a number of options and costs. He followed up the meeting with price estimates, which makes it easy to discuss with my wife.

You have one of the best Repair technicians… Because as soon as he came into my garage, he saw that the spring was broken, and also was checking the other parts that connect to the garage door to make sure that they were not broken, but there was somewhere tear on those things and then he quoted me the price for the repair and completed the repair in a very efficienttimeframe so I could go on with the rest of my day, I definitely will be recommending your company for this excellent service today!

Anthony was efficient and professional. He completed the replacement of both torsion springs and the end bearing plates in under an hour. He was easy to talk with, explained what he was doing as he worked, and answered questions without any pressure. The door is working smoothly after the repair. The price was on the higher side for the parts and labor, but the work itself was done cleanly and quickly. I would use them again for future service.

Visit, installation went fine. I just wish the hardware (new lock) came in the same color as the vinyl doors to save my painting it with an unperfect match. No choices below quite match what was done. Not sure what to put for "product purchased." Mr. Wise installed a lock and key for one door because there is no person door. He also tuned up/lubricated the door(s) and opener. Thus charged considerably more than estimate I was given on the phone but I the person on phone was not definite. All okay.

Precision made it very easy to schedule service - I was able to fill out a quick form online without having to call anyone! I had called another company and had to go through voice prompts before eventually being hung up on. With Precision, I could chose my desired day, time slot, and reason for repair, got confirmation of my appointment, and someone was here right at the exact time. Anthony, the tech, was great. Very knowledgeable and friendly - and he got right to work. Our doors worked fine but were about 5 years old and needed a tune up. Anthony got me new rollers and greased all the hinges and offered some maintenance advice. After he was done, everything was much quieter and ran very smooth. Im glad I chose Precision!

Precision had someone out to address my garage door problems within a few hours. The job was done quickly, completely and now all is fine with the door. The technician was informative once the problem was diagnoses and he discussed the option and its cost without any pressure. He was efficient and polite. Now the door goes up and down on command! I will continue to use Precision in the future.

Overall, very happy with the experience with Precision Door. Service was very prompt (the technician was able to come out the same day i called) and the technician (Anthony) was very competent. Installed a new garage door opener and helped with the garage door trim. He also suggested installing new rollers on the garage door and this has made a significant difference in terms of the smoothness and sound with respect to the garage door opening. Would definitely recommend this company for your garage door issues.

Precision was recommended to me by my parents who had work done. When my garage spring broke right as I was going to pick my daughter up from school, I called and got an appointment immediately. Within 30 minutes technician Anthony came, gave his honest opinion and accomplished all work necessary. He was courteous and efficient and got us up and running in no time! THANK YOU!

I have a 2 year old door from another dealer that had always been noisy. The other dealer wouldn't solve the problem. Along came Anthony to the rescue. The door is quiet like it always should have been.
