Anthony made it out when he said he would get there. He performed the work that we requested and suggested very reasonable upgrades in the future that would make the garage door work better. We had a previous company out who refused the fix the problem and pushed wanting to install a new system. Anthony did suggest that needed done in the near future but he got it working in the meantime.

I used Precision when a spring snapped back in 2021 and was impressed with the speed and professionalism in dealing with this company. From on-demand computer scheduling to calling and talking with a live person. I had a lingering issue with noise that the original tech told me to keep an eye on. After the noise grew louder, four years later- I decided that I better address it sooner than later because the end bearings were failing. Anthony stopped out today and diagnosed the issues in 5 seconds and worked in turbo speed to have my door running in stealth/silent mode in no time.
