Precision made it very easy to schedule service - I was able to fill out a quick form online without having to call anyone! I had called another company and had to go through voice prompts before eventually being hung up on. With Precision, I could chose my desired day, time slot, and reason for repair, got confirmation of my appointment, and someone was here right at the exact time. Anthony, the tech, was great. Very knowledgeable and friendly - and he got right to work. Our doors worked fine but were about 5 years old and needed a tune up. Anthony got me new rollers and greased all the hinges and offered some maintenance advice. After he was done, everything was much quieter and ran very smooth. Im glad I chose Precision!

Overall, very happy with the experience with Precision Door. Service was very prompt (the technician was able to come out the same day i called) and the technician (Anthony) was very competent. Installed a new garage door opener and helped with the garage door trim. He also suggested installing new rollers on the garage door and this has made a significant difference in terms of the smoothness and sound with respect to the garage door opening. Precision Garage Door has been out to service my garage a few times since we bought our house 3 years ago, They answer their phones 24/7 and seem to always have times available to come out. I had a problem today (Sunday), I thought I would have to schedule an appointment in the coming days but came to find out that they had availability today. Anthony (great guy) came out and got me operational again. I couldn't be happier. The other thing to mention, Precision has company employees that drive logo'd trucks. I've had other company's do repairs and they are less professional, they drive their own personal cars and look sketch. Precision is a step above. Thanks

Anthony made it out when he said he would get there. He performed the work that we requested and suggested very reasonable upgrades in the future that would make the garage door work better. We had a previous company out who refused the fix the problem and pushed wanting to install a new system. Anthony did suggest that needed done in the near future but he got it working in the meantime.

Visit, installation went fine. I just wish the hardware (new lock) came in the same color as the vinyl doors to save my painting it with an unperfect match. No choices below quite match what was done. Not sure what to put for "product purchased." Mr. Wise installed a lock and key for one door because there is no person door. He also tuned up/lubricated the door(s) and opener. Thus charged considerably more than estimate I was given on the phone but I the person on phone was not definite. All okay.
