Precision Garage Door has been out to service my garage a few times since we bought our house 3 years ago, They answer their phones 24/7 and seem to always have times available to come out. I had a problem today (Sunday), I thought I would have to schedule an appointment in the coming days but came to find out that they had availability today. Anthony (great guy) came out and got me operational again. I couldn't be happier. The other thing to mention, Precision has company employees that drive logo'd trucks. I've had other company's do repairs and they are less professional, they drive their own personal cars and look sketch. Precision is a step above. Thanks

Anthony made it out when he said he would get there. He performed the work that we requested and suggested very reasonable upgrades in the future that would make the garage door work better. We had a previous company out who refused the fix the problem and pushed wanting to install a new system. Another high quality experience and repair by an exceptional Pro. I used Precision when a spring snapped back in 2021 and was impressed with the speed and professionalism in dealing with this company. From on-demand computer scheduling to calling and talking with a live person. I had a lingering issue with noise that the original tech told me to keep an eye on. After the noise grew louder, four years later- I decided that I better address it sooner than later because the end bearings were failing. Anthony stopped out today and diagnosed the issues in 5 seconds and worked in turbo speed to have my door running in stealth/silent mode in no time. Anthony was extremely personable and made a few suggestions that turned out to make my 40+ year old garage door run like new.
