John called ahead and gave me a time he would arrive. Once there he did a thorough inspection of all components of the door. Based on inspection he recommended that i replace the cables as well as springs, showing me the condition of the cables. Replaced all parts, explaining what he was doing. After installing everything, during initial testing he found that he would have to go to a larger spring on the one side. So, he disassembled and reassembled with the larger spring. He re-tested demonstrating how it was working correctly. John is polite, friendly, and exceedingly knowledgeable of his business. He is a great ambassador for you company. I will recommend your company to anybody who asks.

I’ve used Precision Door in the past. Very happy with their service. They come the day you call them with everything in their truck needed to make repairs, and very skilled and knowledgeable technicians. A few years ago, they installed my Lift Master door opener. Did a great job. Door wouldn’t close today. The door is quite old and heavy. A crucial hinge had rusted out and broken. My repairman, John, replaced the hinge and I’m back in business. My old garage doors are extremely heavy and quite old. I’ve been thinking about replacing them for a few years. John recommended that it was time to get new doors. He helped me choose doors that will work for me. I’m excited to solve this long time problem. I know I have a company I can trust to take care of it.
