Paul Broschk was out this afternoon for the bi-annual routine/preventive maintenance I scheduled. He's always extremely efficient & knowledgeable, helpful/proactive & pleasant. He's been my tech since Precision installed my garage door in April 2023 & I request him each visit. I trust his work, he knows the maintenance history & I look forward to seeing him. Highly recommend him! PLEASE NOTE: Service Performed was NOT a Repair, but there was no option listed for routine/preventive maintenance.

He was very friendly and informative explaining what he did and how we can keep our door running smoothly. On a Sunday morning, the spring on our garage door broke. Not a problem for a Sunday, but I had a doctor's appointment on Monday at 8:00 a.m. and, therefore, really needed the door fixed on Sunday. When I called, they gave me a window of 2 to 3 on Sunday afternoon. The tech called at 1:15 and said that, if it was okay with us, he was available then. He went through our various options. He fixed the spring and replaced the cables. He was knowledgeable, polite and did a great job.

GREAT service!! Inoperable garage door on a Saturday morning and couldn't find anyone to answer the phone. Made an appointment (between 4:00-6:00 PM) on-line; Al Fleming called half hour later and was at the house by 2:15. Took one look, diagnosed the problem and had everything running properly within another twenty minutes. Al was professional, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with, and the service call/repair was reasonably priced. No doubt Precision will be the first call if we ever need help in the future.

Used Precision Overhead Door in the past and were completely satisfied. Called again with opener issues. Based on John's professional recommendation, we chose to upgrade our system. John, our service person, was friendly, professional and informative. He worked efficiently answering all our questions. He further showed us the parts that were wearing out and would have needed to be repaired, if parts could be found for a 20 year old system, or replaced in short order. Happy with the warranty.

Not only did we get same-day service, but we got an appointment for just an hour after we called; Caitlin was so pleasant and helpful on the phone. Service technician Michael explained what was needed, completed the overhaul in about an hour, then explained how to perform easy preventive maintenance twice per year. Nick, the technician, did a great job troubleshooting and fixing the problem with our garage door which wasn't closing properly anymore. He pointed out the problem and replaced an old, worn circuit board; replaced the light which was no longer working with a new LED one; oiled the hinges; and provided new remote controls. He was very thorough and efficient, asking me several times throughout the process whether I had any questions or not and was pleasant to interact with. I'm very pleased with the service.
