My daughter used Precision on a Sunday about 2 years ago. We were shocked to learn Precision had weekend hours. The technician, John, who can was amazing - friendly, knowledgeable and solved her problem immediately. So when I found my garage door spring broken this morning, I immediately called Precision.Your receptionist was friendly and efficient and got me an appointment the same day. Ni ck arrived ahead of schedule, first calling tomake sure it was OK to come early. Nick was neat, efficient and got all the work done in less than an hour. I would recommend Precision to all.

On a Sunday morning, the spring on our garage door broke. Not a problem for a Sunday, but I had a doctor's appointment on Monday at 8:00 a.m. and, therefore, really needed the door fixed on Sunday. When I called, they gave me a window of 2 to 3 on Sunday afternoon. The tech called at 1:15 and said that, if it was okay with us, he was available then. He went through our various options. He fixed the spring and replaced the cables. He was knowledgeable, polite and did a great job.

GREAT service!! Inoperable garage door on a Saturday morning and couldn't find anyone to answer the phone. Made an appointment (between 4:00-6:00 PM) on-line; Al Fleming called half hour later and was at the house by 2:15. Took one look, diagnosed the problem and had everything running properly within another twenty minutes. Al was professional, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with, and the service call/repair was reasonably priced. No doubt Precision will be the first call if we ever need help in the future.

Used Precision Overhead Door in the past and were completely satisfied. Called again with opener issues. Based on John's professional recommendation, we chose to upgrade our system.
