We called Precision to replace our broken garage door opener, and we are glad we did. Anthony did a terrific job installing the new garage door opener. He arrived on time, clearly explained the entire process and features of the new opener, worked efficiently, and was completed within the hour. His work included setting up the new remote opener and he even reset the opener functions in our cars before he left. We were impressed with the quality and service. I am President of a condominium association. I called Precision Door to assess the needs of our very old, sagging garage door. It was determined that a coupler had failed and we opted to replace all mechanical items, including springs, bearings, roller wheels, pulleys etc. at one time. Al from Precision door came out, gave us a written quote, we accepted that quote and Precision door took it from there. We were very pleased and impressed by the professionalism from Al, as a representative of the company, and the work was completed in the timeframe we were quoted. If I could give a higher rating than 5 stars, I absolutely would. Highly Recommended!
