GREAT service!! Inoperable garage door on a Saturday morning and couldn't find anyone to answer the phone. Made an appointment (between 4:00-6:00 PM) on-line; Al Fleming called half hour later and was at the house by 2:15. Took one look, diagnosed the problem and had everything running properly within another twenty minutes. Al was professional, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with, and the service call/repair was reasonably priced. No doubt Precision will be the first call if we ever need help in the future.

The young man who was here to replace a lower panel on our garage door was outstanding. After his original assessment he got right back to us and located a replacement. We certainly felt much safer than having to wait a month or more for a replacement. The damage took place on a Friday and he was back with a panel replacement by Monday. Thank you so very much. I am President of a condominium association. I called Precision Door to assess the needs of our very old, sagging garage door. It was determined that a coupler had failed and we opted to replace all mechanical items, including springs, bearings, roller wheels, pulleys etc. at one time. Al from Precision door came out, gave us a written quote, we accepted that quote and Precision door took it from there. We were very pleased and impressed by the professionalism from Al, as a representative of the company, and the work was completed in the timeframe we were quoted. If I could give a higher rating than 5 stars, I absolutely would. Highly Recommended!

I used Precision Garage Door Service previously to have springs replaced on the garage door. One spring broke recently and I called Precision again for a repair. I received an appointment time for the repair on the next day. Technician Nick Fleming left a message he was on the way and arrived at the appointment time. Nick had the replacement springs in his truck and had the old springs removed and the new ones installed in a limited amount of time. Nick also answered any questions I had on the service. As the original springs used by Precision had a lifetime warranty, reasonable service and labor fees were only incurred. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service and their Service Technicians for garage door repairs. Tim

Thanks for the quick response to my service call. Anthony arrived on time, worked quickly, and had my door back in operation in a few minutes . He suggested swapping out the led bulb in the opener for a standard bulb to avoid electrical interference with the door operation. Also, he was to provide two options for new door openers with pricing but i have not yet received any information.

We chose Precision Garage Door Repair because they have hours when we are available and they have great reviews. John was our technician, and he was outstanding! He repaired the openers as requested but also pointed out that one of our springs was broken, which puts undo strain on the motor. He replaced that and also educated us on garage door maintenance, information we had never before received from a garage door repair person. We are very glad we chose Precision and will used them again!
