Bill fixed the issue with my garage door, at least it opens and closes all the way now. But I definitely need to get a new one due to the fact that it is so old. Which I will be ordering in the next day or two. He is friendly and professional and very enjoyable to talk with!!

Found your excellent ad in the Yellow Pages. I never expected anyone would be able to visit our home on the same day I made the call. Amy did a great job of getting all of my information correctly and was very pleasant on the phone. Greg Carden is an outstanding tech and knew exactly how to improve the operation of our double garage door. The opener may need to be replaced in the future and we would certainly want to have Precision do the work, especially if we can ask for Greg to be the installer. You have a great company, as a first time user I was very impressed, thank you!

I recently had a new garage door opener installed, mine predated the 80's so I was nervous about the cost and installation time. The service performed by Jim Boland was not stressful at all. They were very clear as to how they charge for these type services and I was happy to hear they could come out that afternoon! Our garage door needed immediate repair, as it was stuck halfway, not opening or closing. Upon calling Precision Garage Door Service, they were able to schedule an appointment within 24 hours! The technician, Paul Broschk, arrive right on the time, and thoroughly explained exactly what was needed to be done, and some alternatives. He installed a new garage door opener, keypad, and new rollers, and lubricated the bearings, etc. Paul made sure my keypad and the integrated opener in my car worked properly, and did all of this in a timely manner. He was very personable, courteous, and knowledgeable, and told me to call if there was any problem with the opener. Many thanks to Precision Garage Door and Paul Broschk for your excellent service.

My garage door spring broke. After searching yellow pages and internet I decided to give Precision a call since they had a 24 hour answering service. An appointment was set up for the next morning with Paul as the technician. Paul arrived on time (actually he was early), explained the options available for repairing the spring and other components that were worn. Garage door had been installed in 2001 and definitely in need of repair/service. After approval, Paul went about his job and finished in a timely manner. He was very pleasant and personable. Springs and other components were replaced and the door works like a charm. Before it would scream like a banshee when it opened or closed. I would definitely recommend Precision for your garage door issues.

I called your company as a spring on my garage door had broken. Within an hour my service technician was here and replaced the spring. He lubricated the hinges and made sure it was working properly before leaving for his next job. He was very professional, courteous, and was a good representative for your company. He was very skilled and went right to work to correct the broken part. We chose Precision as they did such a good job on rebuilding our door in 2015.
