Our garage door opener quit working.Our son-in-law recommended Precision Overhead Door . Called and was able to book a same day appointment. Paul was here within a few hours. He diagnosed the problem. He replaced the opener and programmed our new door remotes. Paul is very knowledgeable and efficient. Call staff was great too.

I called yesterday and setup the appointment, my garage door is now fully functional, that's a very good feeling! Paul was a great pleasure to associate with. He completed multiple areas of work for crucial replacement parts and every aspect of the work was discussed in detail to me as the home owner. Broken springs replaced, new cams, new wires, rollers replaced. The completed work looks excellent and the garage door is now solid and quiet! The cost was very reasonable based on all the work that was done. Thank you.

I chose Precision Overhead Garage Door because the ratings were pretty good and booking online was very easy. I booked a time that was scheduled for 12-2pm for installation and the tech called earlier and had an opening starting at 11am that was confirmed. The tech was on time as scheduled. Once here I showed him the concern > a snapped cable and he asked one question, when was the garage door last serviced and I shared about a year ago. Next, the tech shared that he would be installing 2 brand new cables and it should take him 15-20mins or so and he would be done. Towards the end I came out and noticed that he was lubricating the rollers, hinges and he changed two lightbulbs without confirmation from me. I thought this was just a part of the service from Precision since the tech took the initiative to do this without confirmation. I had just lubed everything 2-3 days before. In the end the tech was awesome with no complaints on his professionalism & workmanship (5 stars). But what brought the rating down to 3 stars is the fact that I was charged additional for a garage door tune up that I didn't request or have any idea that I would be charged for until the paperwork was presented and the work was completed.

Paul Broschk was out this afternoon for the bi-annual routine/preventive maintenance I scheduled. He's always extremely efficient & knowledgeable, helpful/proactive & pleasant. He's been my tech since Precision installed my garage door in April 2023 & I request him each visit. I trust his work, he knows the maintenance history & I look forward to seeing him. Highly recommend him! PLEASE NOTE: Service Performed was NOT a Repair, but there was no option listed for routine/preventive maintenance.

Today I had a new garage door opener installed. The technician was Paul and he was just great. He explained everything so well and everything went very smoothly. I had been putting it off because I figured it would be such a headache, but I was wrong because these people are very easy to work with and everything went great. I used them because a friend of mine has used them for three different homes and she recommended them. And now I will recommend them too.!

Made the call at 9:45 and Paul pulled in just before noon. Gone by 12:30. Great job but went too fast for me to learn anything! Got all the product info I needed and going to let the unit live out it's life and get ready for a new unit. I'll give them the project for sure!

Paul came to my home today to adjust a major gaps on both sides of the garage door letting in wind and snow in the winter and insects in the summer. Additionally, he performed a tune up on the garage door, and reprogrammed the keypad. Paul was personable and professional. He went above and beyond the call of duty! I would recommend Paul and Precision Garage Door Services to anyone!

Garage door wouldn’t open. Saw the broken spring. Called Precision at 3:30p. Quick answer and spoke with a friendly and helpful woman in scheduling immediately. Quick scheduling, great communication, and received text and email confirming the appointment for between 4-6p same day (Sunday). By 415p, repair technician Paul arrived, who was punctual, professional, friendly and knowledgeable of the needed repair. Completed the work and testing in 30 mins. Walked me thru the repairs made and provided me some maintenance tips. Fully functional and repaired garage door. Very happy.

This is my first time using precision as my mom has used Precision several times before, and I will have to say I will use them again and refer them to my friends and family. Hi, I went out to open my garage this morning and it appeared to go off track. I found this company(randomly and it had a 5 star rating) and contacted them promptly due to inability to get my car out of the garage. I spoke to a very pleasant and extremely nice lady on the phone. I told her what had happened and needed assistance. She arranged for someone to come out to my home within an hour. The gentleman was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the situation. He explained to me the different options available to repair/different costs after he assessed the garage door. He explained everything in detail and educated me on the care of the door after it was repaired. The garage door was repaired. It was made safer with the repairs and it comes with a 10 year guarantee!!. This company was professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Thank you !!

My entire experience was BEYOND great!! I called a little after 12pm yesterday, and Angela was very courteous able to schedule an appointment between 1-3pm yesterday to repair a broken spring. The assigned technician was Paul, and he arrived at my house by 1:30pm. Paul was EXTRAORDINARY!! He thoroughly explained the process of replacing the springs, replaced a plastic barring and checked the struts to ensure that the rod no longer had a "dip" across my garage door. Paul also checked the belt drive unit which we learned also needed to be replaced. He explained my options and installed the new belt drive unit. Paul applied oil to all the door hinges and gave me instructions on garage door maintenance. I can't thank him enough for his phenomenal service. I will contact Precision for any garage door issues!

Paul did a great job explaining what repairs were needed, and then got things fixed very quickly. He was courteous and professional. The scheduler also did a great job in setting up Paul's visit. We went from a broken spring, cables and rollers mid-afternoon on a Thursday to a repaired and improved door operation before 9 am on the following day. Very nicely done.
