Our old garage door opener died and I didn't hesitate to call Precision Garage Door Service. You see they installed our garage door a couple of years ago and did such a fantastic job that I knew I wanted them to take care of this problem. They are very professional, explain everything in detail before they do it, test it out to make sure it works properly and clean up. I broke my garage door when backing my car. Precision came to give an estimate for a new one. Mike patiently helped my wife pick the color to match with the other door. He also fix the broken one to look presentable temporarily and kept it in a safe position. The new door was ordered and the old one replaced by anther technician who was as nice. You have one of the best Repair technicians… Because as soon as he came into my garage, he saw that the spring was broken, and also was checking the other parts that connect to the garage door to make sure that they were not broken, but there was somewhere tear on those things and then he quoted me the price for the repair and completed the repair in a very efficienttimeframe so I could go on with the rest of my day, I definitely will be recommending your company for this excellent service today!

Everything about working with Precision was easy. I was given multiple options when scheduling my appointment, which was very convenient. I received an e-mail confirmation of my appointment, as well as a text message. My tech notified me a half hour before he arrived. My family and I had a terrific experience with our installer, Paul. He was prompt (early, in fact!), friendly, and patiently explained every piece of equipment that needed work or replacement. He installed my mother’s garage door opener with expertise, attention to detail, and most importantly, respect for my mother and her home. Afterwards, Paul stepped next door and provided an estimate for my sister’s garage door and opener. Although he was unable to do any work on my sister’s garage door that day due to requiring an entirely new door and opener, we are going to request Paul specifically to complete the job when the new door order arrives- that’s how pleased we are with your service!

Dear Precision Team, Please continue to provide your services to the greater Cleveland Community. I couldn't find the paperwork showing when I first began to do business with your company but it has been at least 20 years. Your office staff found records that showed my last interaction (before this week, 08/17/2026) was back in 2011. That means your work on my garage door has lasted! This Monday I came out of the house to see my garage door was 4 inches higher off the ground on one side. I called the office and the staff member confirmed that I should not try to open the door. This call was at 9:05AM. Technician John left a voicemail at 9:36 saying he would be at my residence shortly. He was friendly, knowledgable and professional. He knew immediately the trouble was a broken cable. He showed the rusted cable and explained he would be replacing them. He gave the price before beginning work and also explained that all fees and taxes are included in the final price. My door was properly repaired by 10.10 AM. YOU. ROCK.

Precision installed my garage doors years ago, I have had them fix and repair in the past. When I called on Saturday evening the lady who answered was very polite and understanding, I was lined up for Sunday am and Nick was right on time. He did a great job letting me know what I needed and the cost. He finished and everything was done perfectly. Nick should get an Atta boy, good job award.
