I had a broken spring on my garage door. I call Precision Garage Door and the responded the next day. Greg Carden was the tech that came out. He did a fantastic job on the repair. He also noted a few other items that needed replacement. I was happy to take his advice, as the hardware was the original parts. Greg took care of the work. Called in the morning and call was answered in a timely manner and questions answered.I asked when installation of the system could be done and response was that afternoon. Technician arrived in the time frame explained the system and installed it within an hour. He then reviewed pertinent instructions and set the opener code. The service was excellent and thus far I am 100% pleased. Great job!

We called Precision to replace our broken garage door opener, and we are glad we did. Anthony did a terrific job installing the new garage door opener. He arrived on time, clearly explained the entire process and features of the new opener, worked efficiently, and was completed within the hour. His work included setting up the new remote opener and he even reset the opener functions in our cars before he left. We were impressed with the quality and service. We are very pleased with the service provided by Precision Garage Door. Our garage door came off the track on a Saturday around noon, and Precision was the third company we called. The first did not answer the phone, and the second said they would call back on Monday. Precision answered and said a technician would be out between 2:00 and 4:00. Paul arrived around 3:00 and was very friendly. He assessed the situation and presented us with two options, repair or replacement. We chose the repair option and he completed the work in about an hour and fifteen minutes. He explained the repair and demonstrated his work. We recommend Precision Garage Door to anyone having issues!
