I had a very noisy garage door and they came out within a day figured out to cause had all the parts and fixed it and while they were there, they found the other Garage Door was about to go bad too. Parts of it were worn out so they fixed it too.

At 7:30 am on a Friday morning my garage door would not open. I had called my nephew to ask for recommendations. He had Precision Garage Door replace the springs in his door a few years ago and highly recommended them. When I called around 8:15 I was told someone could be out in two hours. I received a phone call from Michael the technician before 9 an that he would be at my home between 9:30 and 9:35. When Michael arrived at the scheduled time he was able to open the door. One of the springs was broken. He quoted me a price to replace both springs. He also told me they could do a complete service replacing the springs, rollers, cables and all parts. This would be a life time warrantee. I decided to have the complete service done. The work took about 1 hour. I found all people I was involved with from the person who took my call and Michael to be very courteous and professional. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door for any garage door work.

It was easy to select a weekend appointment time to discuss a new garage door with Precision. Anthony showed up on time, was personable, and walked me through a number of options and costs. He followed up the meeting with price estimates, which makes it easy to discuss with my wife.

Nick did a great job and was fast. The springs were broken and the rubber lining needed replacement. I ended up doing a full tune-up in addition to the two things.

Our old garage door opener died and I didn't hesitate to call Precision Garage Door Service. You see they installed our garage door a couple of years ago and did such a fantastic job that I knew I wanted them to take care of this problem. They are very professional, explain everything in detail before they do it, test it out to make sure it works properly and clean up. We are very happy with the results both with the garage door and the opener. Great company.

I broke my garage door when backing my car. Precision came to give an estimate for a new one. Mike patiently helped my wife pick the color to match with the other door. He also fix the broken one to look presentable temporarily and kept it in a safe position. The new door was ordered and the old one replaced by anther technician who was as nice. It looks nice and fit perfectly. John Lai 8/27/2026

You have one of the best Repair technicians… Because as soon as he came into my garage, he saw that the spring was broken, and also was checking the other parts that connect to the garage door to make sure that they were not broken, but there was somewhere tear on those things and then he quoted me the price for the repair and completed the repair in a very efficienttimeframe so I could go on with the rest of my day, I definitely will be recommending your company for this excellent service today!

Everything about working with Precision was easy. I was given multiple options when scheduling my appointment, which was very convenient. I received an e-mail confirmation of my appointment, as well as a text message. My tech notified me a half hour before he arrived. The tech explained multiple options to me regarding the services they could provide. Once I decided on the service, the job was completed very quickly. The tech had all the parts and equipment with him to do the job right away. No going back to the warehouse. The tech was very friendly and professional. The entire experience was top-notch. It's exactly how you want things to work. I would recommend Precision to anyone who needs garage door service, and I will use them again if the need arises.
