Another good experience with Precision Garage Door. They have installed a new garage door opener and new garage doors, as well as helping whenever something odd goes wrong. Each and every technician has been on time (or early), knowledgeable and good at their job. Recently, after a series of power outages, my garage door opener was not working. Zoran Jovanovic came and made some adjustments and got the system working again. He explained that power surges could “fry” the opener and it would be ruined. He made a great suggestion about using a heavy duty surge protector cube to prevent future disasters. I’ve done just that and already survived another power interruption. Thank you Zoran!

Absolutely worth not risking the repair myself, as it would have taken me longer to watch YouTube videos on how to not die doing the job than it took him! I took a chance on Precision door. I was skeptical by the large advertisement thinking about their overhead and how this will probably cost an arm and a leg. But they charged a competitive fee which is understandable. More importantly, the job was done correctly. I called at 8am and the job was complete by 12PM. They replaced Motor, Key Pad and Sensors. The unit I had was 20 years old. I don't know they guys name who did the work, but he was he was honest and true, no bull. straight shooter. I know this because I have done mechanical repair my entire life, so I know what he was saying was true. I am older now, and not knowing the tricks of the trade, it would have taken me all day to do the job myself. It sucks getting old, but as they say, work smarter not harder. Have someone else do the job!

Nick, the technician, did a great job troubleshooting and fixing the problem with our garage door which wasn't closing properly anymore. He pointed out the problem and replaced an old, worn circuit board; replaced the light which was no longer working with a new LED one; oiled the hinges; and provided new remote controls. He was very thorough and efficient, asking me several times throughout the process whether I had any questions or not and was pleasant to interact with. I'm very pleased with the service.

John Gilles is the Tech. that came out. He finished a job before me a little early so he called and stopped by sooner. I explained the problem and I had old wiring that caused the issue of the garage door not going up or down. He did not take long to fix it. John also did maintenance. Then I asked if he could install a new rubber on the lower part of the other garage door which he did. Previously, they installed a new garage door that still looks great. John explained everything and he was very professional and cleaned up after himself. John also came out today. I didn't have to wait a few days.
