My Tech was Zoran, he called me 30 minutes in advance for a heads up and was right on time. Very friendly fella, showed me a couple things wrong and why it broke when it did. Zoran had my garage unit fixed up in about 30 minutes, showed me what exactly he fixed/adjusted and replaced, now my garage runs smoother than when I bought my house. Much appreciated and lesson learned, when you break your garage door, just call someone who actually knows what they’re doing. I was totally fine with the pricing, seemed very fair to me and was quick, good communication. Would recommend.

Another high quality experience and repair by an exceptional Pro. I used Precision when a spring snapped back in 2021 and was impressed with the speed and professionalism in dealing with this company. From on-demand computer scheduling to calling and talking with a live person. I had a lingering issue with noise that the original tech told me to keep an eye on. After the noise grew louder, four years later- I decided that I better address it sooner than later because the end bearings were failing. Anthony stopped out today and diagnosed the issues in 5 seconds and worked in turbo speed to have my door running in stealth/silent mode in no time. Anthony was extremely personable and made a few suggestions that turned out to make my 40+ year old garage door run like new.

I was searching for a company to fix my broken springs on my garage door. There's a local one by my house that has nothing but terrible reviews. I saw Precision Door was highly recommended so I gave them a call. They scheduled me an appointment for the next day! They even arrived early! The technician Paul was friends and completed the job in about 20 minutes. Another thing they do is send you a picture of the person coming to your house. That was pretty cool. Fantastic work!

One word; OUTSTANDING! You know you have been there from time-to-time. Maybe it is a car issue or something that you just are not knowledgeable about? You go to a shop or have a service call and have no clue what the Tech is talking about or if it is even needed. Your item gets fixed but you just can't shake the feeling that you were overcharged and taken advantage of. I used another garage door company at my business a few months ago (Because they were local and advertised on TV) and was very disappointed with up-front estimate and a charge by the hour/minute type scenario. So, I recognized that I should do more research prior to calling any local repair company. I had a spring snap on my home garage door. Easy to identify but that was the extent of my repair ability on garages. After some due diligence, I chose Precision. Quick response? Check. Live person when you call? Check. An explanation of what to expect, a convenient time window and call ahead service when in route? Check. The Service Tech, Zoran was outstanding. He educated me and pointed out several items to keep an eye on to prevent future issues without trying to sell me anything but what I absolutely needed. He gave me a reasonable up-front quote and SURPRISE! There were no surprises. It cost exactly what he quoted and he was finished in about 30 minutes, even though it was a lot more severe than just a snapped spring. He pointed out the American made, powder coated springs that he used and demonstrated certain aspects of the door that would help me maintain it for years to come. The company is very accommodating and my experience with Zoran was that he is welcome back as a friend anytime. Polite, professional and apparently extremely knowledgeable in every aspect of door repair. If you need any type of help with a garage door or garage opener- I highly recommend Precision. When you feel like you just got punched in the gut because your garage door broke; the last thing that you need is to get raped on a price that you have no clue is fair or not. Precision provided excellent service at an unbelievably fair price.

I called late on a Friday and Zoran was there within the allotted window. He was very knowledgeable and described in detail what needed fixed. Since he didn't have exactly what was needed, we scheduled for Sunday morning and he was done with all of it by noon. The garage hasn't worked that well or quietly since we've been here. Bill was prompt and profession. He did a through inspection to make sure there were no other issues. He then explained everything that needed to be done, and showed my options and the cost for each option. He inspected, installed new springs, a new garage door opener, and explained how the new opener worked in less than 1 1/2 hours. A spring broke on my 54-year-old 300 pound wooden garage door. I called for service and was given a 4-6 PM window the same day. Zoran called around 3 to see if he could come earlier and arrived at 3:30. He estimated 1-1.5 hours and had to work in less than ideal conditions in my garage. He replaced the center bearing because the new springs wouldn't fit older bearings and replaced both cables since one had frayed. He originally quoted $550. He ran into a problem with the cable slipping off due to worn grooves in the pulleys. He said it would be $60 for 2 new small pulleys (newer larger ones wouldn't fit). The total repair ended up taking about 2 hrs 15 min. The door works great now. I deducted one star because the bill ended up $650, which I thought was a little high and was expecting $610. Labor and tax charges are not shown, only parts prices which apparently include the labor & tax. The work is guaranteed for 1 year Precision sends an email with pictures of the technicians so you know it's not an imposter.

I called the emergency number for Precision Garage Door at about 4am on a Sunday to say that my garage door had been hit, broken, and was stuck half open, with my car trapped in the garage. By 8am on that same day, Paul arrived at my house and was able to get my car out of the garage and was also able to close the garage door completely to keep thieves and critters out until my new garage door arrives. He said it will be within the week that I get my new door! Talk about quick response time and service! I couldn't believe I got a service company to respond so quickly on a Sunday!!! I've used Precision before, and will always use them, recommend them, and sing their praises. The repairman who came to my house, Paul, was friendly, professional, and quite helpful when choosing a new garage door. (The old one could not be fixed due to having been hit so hard.) Paul also was able to calm me down because I was quite upset about the damage done to my home. (Side note: Paul is great with dogs! I really appreciate it when service workers don't expect me to lock my dogs away!) In the end, I wish no one had hit my garage door with their car, but since I couldn't undo the damage, I was beyond satisfied with the service provided by Precision Garage Door Service. 5 star rating!!!
