I read reviews and thought this is the company I needed to go with the assure myself my garage door would continue to operate as best as possible for years to come. It was nice to get an appointment the day after I called. It was nice to not have to worry that my garage would cease to operate before an appointment was complete. Last thing I needed was to be trapped in my garage. John Gilles was my technician and he was efficient and professional. He trouble shot my problem and ask several questions to help him solve the problem. John then went on to discuss the solution to the problem I was having with the garage door. John is very knowledgeable and went straight to work and kept me informed along the way as to what he was doing and educating me on my garage door “workings”. John replaced the faulty spring (installed by another company) that was far inferior to the one that Precision utilizes on their garage doors. John also replaced all the wheels from old metal to nylon ones to even make the door opening/closing less stressful on my garage door opener. I thank John for his expertise and great customer service. Thank you Precision for hiring such a great knowledgeable person. I hope I do not need your services for a while but if I do I will definitely be calling you!

Precision door came out several years ago to fix a broken spring. The technician put your label on the backside of the door and that's who I called to get an estimate for a new door. Our garage door is an original door --- only 36 years old! Bill came out thinking he was here for a repair. Told him we were looking for a quote for a new door. Then John showed up because he needed something off of the truck. The two of them (Bill and John) helped us make our decision as to what color and style of door that we ended up ordering. Great teamwork!!

The work was quick, clean, and resolved my issue. The technician, John Gilles, called when he was on his way and arrived when expected. He immediately diagnosed the problem. He then made a special trip to pick up the necessary parts. He was very polite and took his time to explain everything. 10-21-24 Precision Door and their technician Al get my highest rating. We were having problems with our garage door opener for quite some time. The motor, which was 22 years old would from time time just stop. The problem kept getting worse and yesterday (a Sunday) it became bad enough that we called for service. Precision scheduled an appointment for today, Monday. The tech Al arrived on time and checked out the opener, explained the problem, provide us with the options that would solve the problem, and the cost of each option. We decided to replace the opener. Al quickly and professionally removed the old opener installed the new one including a totally new motor and mechanism, two remote control units, a keypad, and interior wall button unit. The cost was fair, the work was excellent and done in a very timely and professional manner. Precision Garage Door Service fully deserves the highest rating.
