My Tech was Zoran, he called me 30 minutes in advance for a heads up and was right on time. Very friendly fella, showed me a couple things wrong and why it broke when it did. Zoran had my garage unit fixed up in about 30 minutes, showed me what exactly he fixed/adjusted and replaced, now my garage runs smoother than when I bought my house. Much appreciated and lesson learned, when you break your garage door, just call someone who actually knows what they’re doing. I was totally fine with the pricing, seemed very fair to me and was quick, good communication. Would recommend.

Another high quality experience and repair by an exceptional Pro. I used Precision when a spring snapped back in 2021 and was impressed with the speed and professionalism in dealing with this company. From on-demand computer scheduling to calling and talking with a live person. I had a lingering issue with noise that the original tech told me to keep an eye on. After the noise grew louder, four years later- I decided that I better address it sooner than later because the end bearings were failing. Anthony stopped out today and diagnosed the issues in 5 seconds and worked in turbo speed to have my door running in stealth/silent mode in no time. Anthony was extremely personable and made a few suggestions that turned out to make my 40+ year old garage door run like new.

I'm highly complementary of the service. It was very easy to schedule a convenient time for the appointment. Al actually arrived early and called me in advance to let me know. He easily identified the squeaking noises from my 20-year-old door, and explained that old style rollers were plastic and had no bearings, hence the noisy operation. New style rollers are nylon and contain bearings offering much quieter operation. He had some in his van and changed them all out in less than 15 minutes at what I felt was a fair price. Problem solved. I'll definitely be calling Precision the next time I have an issue.

Was VERY pleased with the reputable service of Precision. Fantastic communication throughout the process. I unfortunately was scammed (and overpaid) on a service call back in March and was nervous to reach out to another company. Thank goodness I reached out to Precision! "Z" found the root of the problem (bad adjustment and installation back in March), explained what work needed to be done, and fully explained the cost/options before starting the repairs. I felt so comfortable with Z that I went with the works and am so happy with my garage and the warranty that came with their service. First time I closed the garage I wasn't even sure it was closing because how quiet it was! Amazing job by Z and the Precision team!!! Thank you!
