Our garage door opener quit working.Our son-in-law recommended Precision Overhead Door . Called and was able to book a same day appointment. Paul was here within a few hours. He diagnosed the problem. He replaced the opener and programmed our new door remotes. Paul is very knowledgeable and efficient. Call staff was great too.

Al did a FANTASTIC job! He was on time and very efficient in the rebuild of our garage door infrastructure and replacement of the opener. He cleaned up after himself and then went over every operation with us. We chose Precision because of their customer service as we have used them before. As always they did not disappoint! There was an opening the same day and early in the afternoon! What a wonderful surprise Michael arrived right on time (surprise number 2). He was very easy to talk to and answered my questions without hesitation. Saw the problem and amazingly had the replacement parts with him! Took everything apart and replaced them while explaining what they were and how they worked (amazing surprise number 3)! I would recommend Precision to everyone. The spring broke on my garage door around noon. I called and a service man was there by 1 pm. He had to go to North Olmsted to get the part. He returned and replaced the spring within a half hour. The door was working fine by 2 pm. I was so grateful as my special needs granddaughter, who is wheelchair bound, arrived home at 2:30. The only way to enter the house is through the garage where the ramp is. We wouldn't have had any way to get her into the house had it not been for their quick response to my service call. Thank you to your company and your knowledgeable and kind service representative.

My Tech was Zoran, he called me 30 minutes in advance for a heads up and was right on time. Very friendly fella, showed me a couple things wrong and why it broke when it did. Zoran had my garage unit fixed up in about 30 minutes, showed me what exactly he fixed/adjusted and replaced, now my garage runs smoother than when I bought my house. Much appreciated and lesson learned, when you break your garage door, just call someone who actually knows what they’re doing. I was totally fine with the pricing, seemed very fair to me and was quick, good communication. Would recommend.
