Everything about working with Precision was easy. I was given multiple options when scheduling my appointment, which was very convenient. I received an e-mail confirmation of my appointment, as well as a text message. My tech notified me a half hour before he arrived. The tech explained multiple options to me regarding the services they could provide. Once I decided on the service, the job was completed very quickly. The tech had all the parts and equipment with him to do the job right away. No going back to the warehouse. The tech was very friendly and professional. The entire experience was top-notch. GREAT service!! Inoperable garage door on a Saturday morning and couldn't find anyone to answer the phone. Made an appointment (between 4:00-6:00 PM) on-line; Al Fleming called half hour later and was at the house by 2:15. Took one look, diagnosed the problem and had everything running properly within another twenty minutes. Al was professional, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with, and the service call/repair was reasonably priced. No doubt Precision will be the first call if we ever need help in the future.

Showed up on time during the window I picked - even called first to tell me he was on his way. Had the parts on the truck and was able to fix my busted spring in literally like 15 minutes.
