GREAT service!! Inoperable garage door on a Saturday morning and couldn't find anyone to answer the phone. Made an appointment (between 4:00-6:00 PM) on-line; Al Fleming called half hour later and was at the house by 2:15. Took one look, diagnosed the problem and had everything running properly within another twenty minutes. Al was professional, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with, and the service call/repair was reasonably priced. No doubt Precision will be the first call if we ever need help in the future.

Very satisfied with the entire process of working with Precision. I was able to easily schedule an appointment online for the very next day, which happened to be Christmas Eve day. The technician (Al) communicated that he would actually be early which was, great. Wow! My goodness, what an awesome experience it was working with Precision Overhead Garage Door! My parents were locked out of their garage when they came home from a weekend away, they called me and were upset and did not expect to have help arrive within the hour!!! Al came within a half hour of me making the call to Precision, he was so kind and knowledgeable.
