I'm highly complementary of the service. It was very easy to schedule a convenient time for the appointment. Al actually arrived early and called me in advance to let me know. He easily identified the squeaking noises from my 20-year-old door, and explained that old style rollers were plastic and had no bearings, hence the noisy operation. New style rollers are nylon and contain bearings offering much quieter operation. He had some in his van and changed them all out in less than 15 minutes at what I felt was a fair price. Problem solved. I'll definitely be calling Precision the next time I have an issue.

I called to have a new garage door opener installed. They told me the Serviceman would be at my house between 8 and 10 am on 1/17/25. Shortly after 8 am-they called, they were on the way! Al Fleming came over, checked over my garage and provided information on what needed to be done. It was extremely cold that week-but nice on Friday. Al told me he could do all the work that same day, and that he would come back in the afternoon. He came back promptly and got all of the work done so fast - it was great!
