I called this morning and spoke to a real person. That’s alway a plus in my book. Booked an appointment for same day and the service person showed up on time (even a bit early). The tension cords on our garage broke and we couldn’t open/close our door. Called precision and they were able to get someone out the next day 8-10. Called at 8:30 said he’d be there in 1/2 hour. Fixed our garage and was out in 1/2 hour or so. Definitely recommend!

Precision helped me out of a jam - when my car was stuck in the garage because the door (which was an old manual one) got stuck closed. They had good Google reviews, and were able to get my door unstuck quickly. I'll be replacing the old door with a new one from Precision. Pricing is good, too, and they showed up when they promised!
