I called to have a new garage door opener installed. They told me the Serviceman would be at my house between 8 and 10 am on 1/17/25. Shortly after 8 am-they called, they were on the way! Al Fleming came over, checked over my garage and provided information on what needed to be done. It was extremely cold that week-but nice on Friday. Al told me he could do all the work that same day, and that he would come back in the afternoon. He came back promptly and got all of the work done so fast - it was great! Al was very professional and kind - he explained everything perfectly! After the installation - he explained the remotes and keypad. It was a great experience! Thank you Al for doing such a great job and so quickly! I'm glad I contacted Precision Garage Door - will refer to my friends! Thanks again!

The tech who came out was friendly, very honest and trustworthy. He did a fine job and I am very happy with my new garage door opener. It's quiet and I know I will be happy not having to lift that heavy door anymore! I felt bad he had to work in cold weather but he never complained one bit. A real gentleman!

I am President of a condominium association. I called Precision Door to assess the needs of our very old, sagging garage door. It was determined that a coupler had failed and we opted to replace all mechanical items, including springs, bearings, roller wheels, pulleys etc. at one time. Al from Precision door came out, gave us a written quote, we accepted that quote and Precision door took it from there. We were very pleased and impressed by the professionalism from Al, as a representative of the company, and the work was completed in the timeframe we were quoted. If I could give a higher rating than 5 stars, I absolutely would. Highly Recommended!

Al and Precision Garage Door exceeded my expectations. Al’s knowledge and honesty saved me a considerable amount of money. I thought I needed a new lift spring, but Al explained all I needed was a lift arm. Days later I discovered that I had locked myself out of the garage because my remote was not working. Al offered to help me open the door and went on to program the remote for me, all at no extra charge. I highly recommend Al and Precision Garage Door for both their expertise as well as their integrity. Great service after the sale!

10-21-24 Precision Door and their technician Al get my highest rating. We were having problems with our garage door opener for quite some time. The motor, which was 22 years old would from time time just stop. The problem kept getting worse and yesterday (a Sunday) it became bad enough that we called for service. Precision scheduled an appointment for today, Monday. The tech Al arrived on time and checked out the opener, explained the problem, provide us with the options that would solve the problem, and the cost of each option. We decided to replace the opener. Al quickly and professionally removed the old opener installed the new one including a totally new motor and mechanism, two remote control units, a keypad, and interior wall button unit. The cost was fair, the work was excellent and done in a very timely and professional manner. Precision Garage Door Service fully deserves the highest rating.

Precision helped me out of a jam - when my car was stuck in the garage because the door (which was an old manual one) got stuck closed. They had good Google reviews, and were able to get my door unstuck quickly. I'll be replacing the old door with a new one from Precision. Pricing is good, too, and they showed up when they promised!

Found them on the internet and they were open today which is Saturday. The gentleman who answered the phone was friendly and got me an appointment the same day. The gentleman, Al came to do the work.
