The spring on my garage door broke just as I pulled into the garage. I called a family member who used your company last year and got the phone number. I immediately called and someone answered the phone . She was able to set me up with an appointment the next afternoon. I was elated. The technician ( Zoran) called to let me know he was on his way. He arrived, gave me the quote and began the job. I appreciated him. It only took an hour and I was able to put my car back into the garage. Great job!!! I would recommend him and the company to friends. Great experience!!!

Our technician Nick was very friendly and helpful. Our scheduled time was between 4-6 and Nick a called and said he was running early and would be coming sooner. He looked at our garage door and let us know what it would cost to repair it. Work was done in a timely manner and the door works great now. Would recommend this company.

Upon completion, he demonstrated the remote as well as the manual procedure to open the door. I was given a manual and an invoice was provided before and after the job was complete. Al and Precision Garage Door exceeded my expectations. Al’s knowledge and honesty saved me a considerable amount of money. I thought I needed a new lift spring, but Al explained all I needed was a lift arm. Days later I discovered that I had locked myself out of the garage because my remote was not working. Al offered to help me open the door and went on to program the remote for me, all at no extra charge.
