I wanted to thank your company for the service they provided for us when we purchased a new garage door and also had it installed by one of your technicians. First let me say that when i first contacted Precision garage door for an estimate, they sent out a tech the very same day. Other companies were not willing to do that. Fortunately for me i was blessed with the technician you sent me. His name is Ryan. Ryan gave me the walk thru of all of his hard labor and knowledge of the products he installed. He has a very positive and respectful work ethic. He represented and promoted your company in a very positive manner. As we all know it is nice to have customer feedback from clients, your company is on the side of the customer. Thank you for your service and thank you for having a SUPER TECH like Ryan. dear sir;may i first mention that your tech. (al) was right on the ball ;(1) i left a message on his phone, with-in a hour he call me back 5 stars ;(2) we set appointment time, he showed up on time 5 stars, i don't have a lot of it)(3)he did a great job/in the time he said he would/an he clean up after himself 5 stars again .may i say ,this is the 2nd time i have call al & will not be the last ;great job!!! you do have a good men out in the field for you

January 21, 2010, neither of the doors on my detached garage would open. Al Fleming arrived at 12:45, diagnosed the problems,quoted me a cost figure,left to get the needed parts, returned and completed the work in an hour. He was prompt, courteous, efficient and did exactly what he said he would. He's a gem!
