Hi Brad, Thank you for the opportunity to respond. I determined over the last year that my garage door opener was making more noise when opening the door then it did when it was first installed.I did some research on things that I should check for loud noise and found a long list. I felt that the number of things to check was beyond what I could do. I called for an appointment to have the opener checked. When the person came I explained the problem by opening and closing the door. Without looking at anything his response was that is the noise this opener makes. He never looked or did anything except going to his truck to process the bill. While his assessment may be correct, I would have expected him to at least check the system and perform some simple maintenance. Nothing. In the past any service call always made sure to complete the mainterance. Regards, Bruce

My garage door spring broke on Friday evening when I got home from work. By 7pm I had an appointment to have it repaired on Sunday morning (I could have scheduled Saturday, but were busy that day). Nick called at 9:50 Sunday morning to let me know he was on his way. When he got to my house we went over our options and decided on a repair plan. Nick did a great job replacing the spring and cables, lubricating the rollers and hinges, and ensuring the door operation was flawless, all in less time than it would have taken me to figure out what size spring to buy.

Our old garage door opener died and I didn't hesitate to call Precision Garage Door Service. You see they installed our garage door a couple of years ago and did such a fantastic job that I knew I wanted them to take care of this problem. They are very professional, explain everything in detail before they do it, test it out to make sure it works properly and clean up. We are very happy with the results both with the garage door and the opener. Great company.

Precision installed my garage doors years ago, I have had them fix and repair in the past. When I called on Saturday evening the lady who answered was very polite and understanding, I was lined up for Sunday am and Nick was right on time. On a Sunday morning, the spring on our garage door broke. Not a problem for a Sunday, but I had a doctor's appointment on Monday at 8:00 a.m. and, therefore, really needed the door fixed on Sunday. When I called, they gave me a window of 2 to 3 on Sunday afternoon. The tech called at 1:15 and said that, if it was okay with us, he was available then. He went through our various options. He fixed the spring and replaced the cables. He was knowledgeable, polite and did a great job.

I have used Precision in the past. I was able to easily schedule a service appointment online and Nick showed up promptly a little after 10. (My appointment timeframe was between 10-12). Nick explained the issue and recommended I replace the springs and the rollers on the garage door as they were showing signs of wear. I decided to proceed with replacement of both and was given a two year warranty on the parts. I have dealt with other garage door companies in the past and there is no comparison as far as prompt and courteous service. I will continue to be a loyal customer.
