Nick, the technician, did a great job troubleshooting and fixing the problem with our garage door which wasn't closing properly anymore. He pointed out the problem and replaced an old, worn circuit board; replaced the light which was no longer working with a new LED one; oiled the hinges; and provided new remote controls. He was very thorough and efficient, asking me several times throughout the process whether I had any questions or not and was pleasant to interact with. I'm very pleased with the service.

Friendly and knowledgeable technician completed my repair. Checked to make sure all was operating well. Was thoughtful and careful not to get my house dirty when walking thru to the garage.
