I don’t always believe all the 5 star reviews on the internet but in this case I can assure you that it is true. I went from a broken 43 year old garage door opener to a brand new one in less than a hour and a half. Anthony was polite and explained my choices. He got to work quickly and took time to explain all of the features on my new opener. The new opener has amazing features (motion sensor light, battery backup, outside keypad and more) and I couldn’t be more pleased.

Paul was very courteous, called and showed up on time. He explained what needed to be done and why before starting to work. Completed the job very quickly even in the heat and Humidity. Made sure everything was working properly before he left. Even made some adjustments on the door opener to make it run more smoothly. Cleaned up the area even better than before he arrived. Service was quick and great. Had an issue and had to quickly search online for a place. Called around 4:30 and they scheduled for 6-8pm. The technician, Anthony Wise, was able to come early. He called first to confirm that it was ok to come early. He arrived quickly and figured out the issue right away. He provided 3 options and explained each. His work was quick and good. Turned a frustration situation around and made it much easier for us.

Paul Broschk came to my home on a service call. He is a really "nice guy" with a great attitude and work ethic. He took care of the problem that I called about, but he was also concerned about possible upcoming problems I might have with my garage door. Matt Petroff called and was at my home in twenty minutes. Confirmed the spring needed to be replaced and gave me options. I chose to have both springs replaced and he had the job completed in an hour as estimated. This was on a Saturday afternoon and was a life savor for us. A rating of 5!
