"At 7:30 am on a Friday morning my garage door would not open. I had called my nephew to ask for recommendations. He had Precision Garage Door replace the springs in his door a few years ago and highly recommended them. When I called around 8:15 I was told someone could be out in two hours. I received a phone call from Michael the technician before 9 an that he would be at my home between 9:30 and 9:35. When Michael arrived at the scheduled time he was able to open the door. One of the springs was broken. He quoted me a price to replace both springs. He also told me they could do a complete service replacing the springs, rollers, cables and all parts. This would be a life time warrantee. I decided to have the complete service done. The work took about 1 hour.
