The back up battery on my garage door opener was beeping. I left messages for 2 days with the company that installed my opener, but got no response. So I called Precision Door and they were able to come out the same day. Greg was on time and professional. He presented my options and replaced the battery as I requested. The tech who came out was friendly, very honest and trustworthy. He did a fine job and I am very happy with my new garage door opener. It's quiet and I know I will be happy not having to lift that heavy door anymore! I felt bad he had to work in cold weather but he never complained one bit. A real gentleman!

Purchased a new garage door and new garage ope new 16 months ago and garage opener was installed incorrectly . The two screws did not hit a stud and came out of the dry wall. Called to get it repaired and they still charged me a 75$ service charge for there poor workmanship. Very disappointed for there poor workmanship. ???? Thats there mistake and should not have been charged. I would have just recounted the drive bar myself.
