The back up battery on my garage door opener was beeping. I left messages for 2 days with the company that installed my opener, but got no response. So I called Precision Door and they were able to come out the same day. Greg was on time and professional. He presented my options and replaced the battery as I requested. The tech who came out was friendly, very honest and trustworthy. He did a fine job and I am very happy with my new garage door opener. It's quiet and I know I will be happy not having to lift that heavy door anymore! I felt bad he had to work in cold weather but he never complained one bit. A real gentleman!

Purchased a new garage door and new garage ope new 16 months ago and garage opener was installed incorrectly . The two screws did not hit a stud and came out of the dry wall. Called to get it repaired and they still charged me a 75$ service charge for there poor workmanship. Very disappointed for there poor workmanship. ???? Thats there mistake and should not have been charged. I would have just recounted the drive bar myself.

We contacted Precision Garage Door Service on Easter Sunday because the garage door spring broke and we could not get the car out. Their BBB rating and a recommendation from our neighbor prompted us to choose them over other repair services plus they offered an appointment time in the morning of the following day. I had the springs replaced for the same reason many years ago by another company that was no longer in operation. My confidence in Precision was increased when a friendly, live person answered the phone to make the appointment...on Easter! The technician called about 30 minutes before he arrived and within the appointment window of time. I was quoted a range of services that would solve my problem without a wait. I chose to replace both of the springs as well as the cables. The cables were frayed but not broken yet. The job took about 90 minutes, as the technician estimated. All of my questions were answered before he started, as he was working and after the job was finished. The technician was friendly, courteous and professional throughout the job. We tested the garage door operation at the end of the job and minor adjustments were made, per my request.

A professional and friendly man arrived, did a careful inspection, and offered his estimate, which was less than I'd feared. One hour later, the broken roller and section of track were repaired and the door works perfectly. Thank you, Precision!

I was very pleased and impressed with the way John presented the facts about my garage door and what I could do to make things better. He was very professional while being comfortable to talk to. He explained why the cost is so much greater now than it was in 1998 when the door we have was installed. I am taking all his informatlion to heart and trying to make a decision.
