I purchased a garage door in 2022 and was very satisfied with the explanation of options and the low pressure sale. I have 2 garages and the 2nd one needed all new springs and things. The repair was done on the spot and the garage door opens and closes again. They also came the day I called them.

Had a great experience today with John Franks, the service tech. He guessed (and was correct on) the exact age of the garage door as well as the age of the motor. I was impressed. He was super pleasant and professional, as well as knowing his stuff. Not to mention, the company’s availability was excellent. I was able to make an appointment online with a two-hour window. We needed you pretty quickly, and John was here the next morning, and was even running early. Bonus! I would definitely recommend your company to others needing garage door service. It was a seamless process to schedule and delivered by a friendly person who instilled confidence that we were in good hands.

Made the call at 9:45 and Paul pulled in just before noon. Gone by 12:30. Great job but went too fast for me to learn anything! Got all the product info I needed and going to let the unit live out it's life and get ready for a new unit. I'll give them the project for sure!

Showed up on time during the window I picked - even called first to tell me he was on his way. Had the parts on the truck and was able to fix my busted spring in literally like 15 minutes. Absolutely worth not risking the repair myself, as it would have taken me longer to watch YouTube videos on how to not die doing the job than it took him! OUTSTANDING! Two days after Christmas (Saturday) and boing went the torsion spring. John was here within 90 minutes of my phone call, knew his stuff beyond a doubt and replaced two torsion springs in less than an hour.
