OUTSTANDING! Two days after Christmas (Saturday) and boing went the torsion spring. John was here within 90 minutes of my phone call, knew his stuff beyond a doubt and replaced two torsion springs in less than an hour. We woke up Saturday morning and unable to open the garage door - even with the manual release. We immediately called Precision Garage Door Service (they respond 24/7) and was greeted by a welcoming, professional receptionist who walked us through the process and scheduled us for repair within 2 hours! Our technician, Al, called us right before he arrived and immediately knew what the problem was. Again, a very professional and knowledgeable technician. Unbelievable, prompt and professional service by John Franks! I called Precision garage and spoke with Daphne(very nice) and explained I was dog sitting at my son’s house and the garage would not open with the key pad. I panicked since the dog was in his cage and I needed to get inside the house(I didn’t have a key)! She said someone would be there between 12 noon - 2pm. I received a call PROMPTLY and John Franks said he would be to the house in 35 minutes. He arrived in less than 35 minutes! He was able to pry open the garage door and noticed the spring was broken. He changed the springs and within 1 hour he was gone. UNBELIEVABLE service! A BIG 5 STAR REVIEW and a huge thank you to John Franks for his service.
