This is the second repair Precision has done for us. Professional, knowledgeable and great service. Called on Monday and was able to schedule for next day. Our service technician (requested him again from first job) was amazing, friendly and helpful. Will be using Precision to install new garage doors. Highly recommend!

I had to have the springs replaced on my garage door. I was pleased I was able to get a quick appointment. Repairman showed up on time and did a great job. He obviously knew what he was doing. Would definitely recommend Precision to anyone.

I am very happy with the repair service I received today from Paul Broschk. The spring broke on my garage door, when I called Precision they gave me an appointment for the next day. Paul was on time and very nice and personable. He discussed my options and repaired the garage door right then. He answered all my questions and the garage door is working better than before!

I couldn't have had a better experience today. I called the company at 8:15 am to have my garage door opener looked at. By 9:55 Greg arrived at my door. He was very polite and professional. He replaced my garage door opener and was gone by 11:10 am. It doesn't get any better than that!

Excellent work, professional and pleasant technician and decent prices. We first used Precision to work on a garage door in an old house (1826) we bought. They did a wonderful job rebuilding the door at a significant cost less than a new door (our choice). After a year and a half, some additional old parts gave way, making the door inoperable. John was here the very next morning, and replaced all the old, cracked hinges and the door was working once again. He gave us a quote on a new door, but we are going to stretch the life of this one as long as we can.
