OUTSTANDING! Two days after Christmas (Saturday) and boing went the torsion spring. John was here within 90 minutes of my phone call, knew his stuff beyond a doubt and replaced two torsion springs in less than an hour. A great representative of the company and a very personable gentleman. I have already recommended Precision to a family member who is in the market for a new door.

Unbelievable, prompt and professional service by John Franks! I called Precision garage and spoke with Daphne(very nice) and explained I was dog sitting at my son’s house and the garage would not open with the key pad. I panicked since the dog was in his cage and I needed to get inside the house(I didn’t have a key)! She said someone would be there between 12 noon - 2pm. I received a call PROMPTLY and John Franks said he would be to the house in 35 minutes. He arrived in less than 35 minutes! He was able to pry open the garage door and noticed the spring was broken. He changed the springs and within 1 hour he was gone. UNBELIEVABLE service! A BIG 5 STAR REVIEW and a huge thank you to John Franks for his service.
