When the garage door company I first called had not returned my call for help within 24 hours, I went to the Internet and found your company. I called about noon to ask for help with my garage door opener at my new condo and service man Al arrived by 4:30. He realized I needed a new device and provided one on the spot. Unbelievable, prompt and professional service by John Franks! I called Precision garage and spoke with Daphne(very nice) and explained I was dog sitting at my son’s house and the garage would not open with the key pad. I panicked since the dog was in his cage and I needed to get inside the house(I didn’t have a key)! She said someone would be there between 12 noon - 2pm. I received a call PROMPTLY and John Franks said he would be to the house in 35 minutes. He arrived in less than 35 minutes! He was able to pry open the garage door and noticed the spring was broken. He changed the springs and within 1 hour he was gone. UNBELIEVABLE service! A BIG 5 STAR REVIEW and a huge thank you to John Franks for his service.

Within 15 minutes of my initial call, I received a call from the technician that he was on his way. A professional and friendly man arrived, did a careful inspection, and offered his estimate, which was less than I'd feared. The tension cords on our garage broke and we couldn’t open/close our door. Called precision and they were able to get someone out the next day 8-10. Called at 8:30 said he’d be there in 1/2 hour. Fixed our garage and was out in 1/2 hour or so. Definitely recommend!

My garage door spring had broken, and my cars were trapped inside. I searched and saw that Precision Overhead Garage Door had same-day service. So grateful to the technician, Anthony! Very courteous, knowledgeable and great with dogs :) He called to say he was going to be early. (This conflicted with my business calls but did not prevent Anthony from coming and replacing my coil(s) without any interference.) Courteous staff from the woman who answered the phone and scheduled the repair to be done. The repairman was here a little over an hour later. He explained what was needed and explained three price ranges and the warranty offered. He soon had the work done and all is well. Highly recommend this company.

Calling at 8:30 am on a Sunday morning and having someone from Precision Door show up at 11:00 am was such a blessing. The technincian, Greg, was extremely courteous and professional.
