Thank you Precision Door Service for excellent repair to my garage door. The technicians, Paul Broschk and Rick, were on time for the appointment, professional and knowledgeable of every aspect of the product. Paul explained the repair procedure and gave an estimated time of completion. Paul and Rick had the job completed way ahead of schedule. They answered all my questions and explained how to maintain the garage door. I would recommend this company. Wonderful employees!! I appreciated the personal interest and their patience listening to my stories of past garage door experiences.

Absolutely amazing ! I called Precision Garage because my garage door started closing as I was pulling into my garage. It’s an attached garage, and needed this fixed right away. I am so thankful and grateful for the technician that came out the same day, and in less time that I was told. Thank you, Anthony Wise (Certified Technician), for helping fix what was wrong, and thoroughly explaining everything to me. Your were knowledgeable, friendly and very considerate to my concerns. I called to set up an appointment for replacement of a broken spring at about 1:15 on 4/9. I was surprised that I was given an arrival time of between 3 & 5 pm the same day. Anthony Wise was my service technician and he arrived even a little earlier. He was extremely friendly, polite, neat, and efficient. He examined the garage door, noting that the cables were recently replaced. He did suggest replacing the rollers, which were 32 years old. No hard sell, just explained the need. Repairs were quickly completed. Very satisfied with the quick response and with the efficient service provided by Anthony.

Anthony the service tech called and indicated he could come early and do the service. He arrived introduced himself replaced the rollers and lubricated the door hinges. Anthony did a very good job and explained what he was doing. Would recommend this company and Anthony

Great service. Originally called for repair of broken torsion spring. The technician,Paul, arrived promptly the next morning and quickly assessed the situation. He explained the benefits of a complete overhaul including lifetime warranty of parts. He’s obviously very knowledgeable, but there was never any pressure. I was very pleased overhaul was completed in about one hour including cleanup. I would highly recommend this company.

My technician, Will, was a pleasure to do business with. He was punctual, knowledgeable, and thorough. Will diagnosed and fixed the problem that caused me to need a service call. While he was here, he brought to my attention deterioration in my garage door that would have to be addressed. As a result, I purchased two new garage doors. Will might possibly have saved me a real headache down the road. Precision Door is the only company of it's type that I have ever used and will continue to do so in large part due to the technicians from Precision who I have encountered. I have always received great service!

This is the 2nd time I’ve used Precision, this time for a rental I own. The 1st was for my own home and I’ve been so happy with the job done I never considered another company even though the rental is in another city. They are quick to come, do a great job and Paul the service man was wonderful in explaining what needed to be done and the cost.

We have been customers of this company since at least 2006. At 11pm our spring broke on garage door. I was able to call and speak to a real person to set up appointment for the next day. John Franks was out texhnician and he is excellent. I 5 star recommend Precision Door. Superb service. All ways.

Selected Precision after doing research on service and value. Super impressed with ability to assess my door within an hour. Phone support was outstanding. Technician inspected and assessed repair quickly and was very professional. Door was temporarily repaired to allow use and a well informed decision to replace and upgrade the door was made with good recommendation and information. Will was very helpful and identified our problem quickly. He determined our opener could not be fixed and had to be replaced, but cautioned us that a new opener could be damaged by the current state of our garage doors. He walked us through our door options, made a few recommendations based on our home design, and finalized a package (door and opener) that would solve our grarage door problem. Thanks Will, appreciate all your help!

Our neighbors had their springs replaced a few weeks ago. The next week our springs were broken so we called based on their recommendation and could get the work scheduled quickly. We are very happy we used Precision to replace our springs. Thanks!
