The tension cords on our garage broke and we couldn’t open/close our door. Called precision and they were able to get someone out the next day 8-10. Called at 8:30 said he’d be there in 1/2 hour. Fixed our garage and was out in 1/2 hour or so. Definitely recommend!

My garage door spring had broken, and my cars were trapped inside. I searched and saw that Precision Overhead Garage Door had same-day service. So grateful to the technician, Anthony! Very courteous, knowledgeable and great with dogs :) He called to say he was going to be early. (This conflicted with my business calls but did not prevent Anthony from coming and replacing my coil(s) without any interference.) From the time I called until the time my garage door was back in working condition, it took only 3 hours. Thank you!

Courteous staff from the woman who answered the phone and scheduled the repair to be done. The repairman was here a little over an hour later. He explained what was needed and explained three price ranges and the warranty offered. He soon had the work done and all is well. Highly recommend this company.

Calling at 8:30 am on a Sunday morning and having someone from Precision Door show up at 11:00 am was such a blessing. The technincian, Greg, was extremely courteous and professional. Greg and I discussed the condition of the garage door and my husband & I both agreed that replacing the door was the best option for us. Greg was very helpful in making this decision. I also want to say that Greg helped me get my vehicle out of the garage and he made a stressful situation stress free for me. I am looking forward to the installation of our new garage door. Called in the morning, same day service, phone call 1/2 hr. before arrival, Service Tech Anthony was so kind and had wonderful customer service skills !!!!! This was the easiest process ever and would highly recommend Precision to all. The install of the new spring was fast and efficient. Other companies should take lessons from Precision.

Had a very bad experience with another company that left my garage door still broken. I called Precision mid afternoon not expecting to get a technician same day. In less than 10 min I was checked in with a technician scheduled in a few hours! Greg called me back within 5 minutes and was able to make it sooner than scheduled. Outstanding no pressure service from Greg, laying out the options to make the repair and even pointed out a few things that should be done in the near future. Replaced both door springs very quick and the door worked better than before the spring broke! Greg even spent a few extra minutes to help solve a problem with the keypad. Top notch technician.

My experience is frustrating based on the fact when I called for a Service Call Estimate I was quoted a very reasonable fee, which I inquired further are their any other fees? The C/S responded with "just a fee" for repair and again I felt it to be reasonable. The technician was very professional, courteous and informative. However, my issue was/is that my garage door occasionally would open for no reason at anytime. The recommended solution was to reprogram my door opener and remote noting he is not 100% positive this would solve the issue. Yet charged me an additional $64,00 for 20 min of time. I had a coupon for $20.00, which he rejected. Problem is not fixed yet.

On May 26, 2021, i had SWEETHAVEN DOORS & MORE come out to fix my garage door. They charged me $200 and the door was still not fixed. I called PRECISION DOOR SERVICE and they came out on the same day that i called them, July 7. BILL ADAMINI, Certified Technician, came out and REALLY fixed my door. He was so professional. John was on time, professional and courteous. Upon assessing my old garage door opener, he determined that the model was too old to repair and suggested a replacement. I called to set up an appointment for replacement of a broken spring at about 1:15 on 4/9. I was surprised that I was given an arrival time of between 3 & 5 pm the same day. Anthony Wise was my service technician and he arrived even a little earlier. He was extremely friendly, polite, neat, and efficient. He examined the garage door, noting that the cables were recently replaced. He did suggest replacing the rollers, which were 32 years old. No hard sell, just explained the need. Repairs were quickly completed. Very satisfied with the quick response and with the efficient service provided by Anthony.
