Great service. Originally called for repair of broken torsion spring. The technician,Paul, arrived promptly the next morning and quickly assessed the situation. He explained the benefits of a complete overhaul including lifetime warranty of parts. He’s obviously very knowledgeable, but there was never any pressure. I was very pleased overhaul was completed in about one hour including cleanup. I would highly recommend this company.

My technician, Will, was a pleasure to do business with. He was punctual, knowledgeable, and thorough. Will diagnosed and fixed the problem that caused me to need a service call. While he was here, he brought to my attention deterioration in my garage door that would have to be addressed. As a result, I purchased two new garage doors. Will might possibly have saved me a real headache down the road. Precision Door is the only company of it's type that I have ever used and will continue to do so in large part due to the technicians from Precision who I have encountered. I have always received great service!

This is the 2nd time I’ve used Precision, this time for a rental I own. The 1st was for my own home and I’ve been so happy with the job done I never considered another company even though the rental is in another city. We have been customers of this company since at least 2006. At 11pm our spring broke on garage door. I was able to call and speak to a real person to set up appointment for the next day. Selected Precision after doing research on service and value. Super impressed with ability to assess my door within an hour. Phone support was outstanding. Technician inspected and assessed repair quickly and was very professional. Door was temporarily repaired to allow use and a well informed decision to replace and upgrade the door was made with good recommendation and information. Very pleased with what appears to be a very well run company.

Will was very helpful and identified our problem quickly. He determined our opener could not be fixed and had to be replaced, but cautioned us that a new opener could be damaged by the current state of our garage doors. He walked us through our door options, made a few recommendations based on our home design, and finalized a package (door and opener) that would solve our grarage door problem. Thanks Will, appreciate all your help!

I originally had an appointment for garage door opener repair with a smaller company. They didn't show up and didn't return repeated calls/messages. When I called Precision, they were able to come out the same day (within 2 hours), provided a confirmation email with the picture of the technician I could expect, and the tech called when he was within 5 minutes of my location - WHAT A DIFFERENCE!!! The repair was completed quickly and at a very reasonable price - thank you PRECISION!!!
