I originally had an appointment for garage door opener repair with a smaller company. They didn't show up and didn't return repeated calls/messages. When I called Precision, they were able to come out the same day (within 2 hours), provided a confirmation email with the picture of the technician I could expect, and the tech called when he was within 5 minutes of my location - WHAT A DIFFERENCE!!! The repair was completed quickly and at a very reasonable price - thank you PRECISION!!!

Anthony was great. He has been to our house twice now and the 1st visit he told us that we need our garage rebuilt. So Anthony's 2nd visit was the big job of rebuilding our garage door. The brackets snapped off of our garage door cables. Within 2 hours of calling Precision Overhead Door the technician Bill Adamini was at our door to repair. We requested him as he had done such a great job in August 2015 when our cables snapped. He is very professional, friendly and explains everything. He honored a 15$ coupon I found online. Thank you Precision Door and Bill A. We don't go to anyone else. KUDOS!!!!!

Matt Petroff is an excellent technician! He diagnosed the problem, gave me options, did a temporary fix until my husband cleared the boxes from the center of the garage. He returned at the appointed time another day, worked diligently, explained how it operated, helped me program the code, gave me my remotes and written instructions, and even put light bulbs in the overhead panel. Great job, very pleased, very quiet operating system, and definitely a 5 star performance! I would certainly recommend Matt and Precision Door to anyone. I heard about the company through Angie's List membership, and am very satisfied with the workmanship and quality of product.

We installed a garage door opener and we needed some miner repairs done to make sure the door would work properly. Great job on the Garage Door Repair today. Called before the scheduled appointment and came out a few hours early. Good inspection and explanation of the problem and what was needed to be done to repair it. Just under 2 hours later, I had 2 new springs, new cables, new rollers, and a new bracket with the opener reconnected. He also explained why I needed to replace my garage door opener as well, as the problem should not have occurred. I could not spend even more to get it replaced at this time, but I appreciated the explanation. Overall, great job, with very friendly and professional service throughout.
