Jim here we go again, Another great review for your team. Last time it was Bill Admaini this time it is Anthony Wise. Tony did a great job of explaining why and how my garage door was first installed by another company. He explained several options that I could take to get my failing circuit board to work on a 13 year old motor. The right decision, even though my wallet is screaming, was to get a new opener unit and drive belt. Fast, professional and he made sure I had a key entry along with two remotes. Fantastic expeditious work. I have several chores today and I now have time to do them. Brandon (trainee, I think) and Tony jumped in there and got the job done. I can tell that Brandon is astute and willing to go the extra mile. Tony is on top of his game. Good bunch of guys at your company. And now I've met three of them. Good luck over the years to come. 5 stars for sure, Jason contacted me by phone letting me he was going to be earlier than anticipated if that was ok with me. After review of my door he provided all my options and took care of what I needed in a minimal amout of time. Cleaned up after and left literature for future reference. He was very personable and I would recommend Jason and Precision Door to family, friends, and co-workers.

The technician, Bill, answered all my questions and explained all the features of my new garage door opener. He was very polite and cleaned up everything when he was done. I was very pleased.

Purchase garage springs and a new opener. Was a bit surprised at how much they cost but the technician was superb and explained many things.

Our garage door first refused to open at 8:00 one evening. By noon the next day, Mitch from Precision had completely rebuilt the door for us. He appeared promptly on time, was couteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. I found Precision on Angie's List, where it was very highly rated. In my opinion, Precision deserves all the accolades it receives. This probably is not the cheapest door service it is possible to find, but it worth every cent you pay for it.

Outstanding service. I called at 7:00am and had someone out at my house by 8:30. By 10:30 my garage door was completely fixed. Brad, my technician, was very professional and friendly. I would recommend Precision to anyone.

Brad did a good job. I thought it was a very expensive replacement of two springs, however. I don't mind paying for good work and good service, but the price was very high. Brad came back on Saturday morning, just as he said he would do, we did agree that he would call us to confirm that he would come, and he did not do that. As I mentioned previously, however, Brad did a very good job. He was quick, and he was honest.

In the past two years we've had Al out for two different repairs on our garage door. We called because they advertise 24 hour service. Loved that they called ahead to let us know he was running early. Fast, friendly & courteous! Al explained the state of our door and why we didn't have to invest in a new door at this time. We will call them in the future for a new install or future repair. Love love love the number kep pad opener. So convenient!

Friendly fast service for a broken spring. However, new wheels not compatable with current hinges and roller off track within days. Would not replace hinges as part of hardware upgrade as expected. Disappointed in cost and trying to charge additional fee for proper hinges.

Mr. Nelson has a very unique door that was a combination of parts not normally found on garage doors. It appears that a previous owner of the home, maybe an engineer, designed and built the door himself. The hinges were not compatible with todays garage door rollers. Changing the hinges would have created a domino effect of other parts that would have to be replaced so the door would function properly. We returned to Mr Nelsons home and fixed the issues with the rollers. There have been no further issues with the door.

Honestly, a great experience! Jim was professional, expert at his craft, punctual and very friendly (didn't talk up or down to me). I just bought a place with a Precision Garage Door, didn't know what to expect when I called service. Here I am, totally happy and more than satisfied with my Precision Garage door and Service!!!

The technician that came to my house really new his stuff. He identified the problem and fixed my garage door in 45 minutes. Super nice guy who did a great job.
