The brackets snapped off of our garage door cables. Within 2 hours of calling Precision Overhead Door the technician Bill Adamini was at our door to repair. We requested him as he had done such a great job in August 2015 when our cables snapped. He is very professional, friendly and explains everything. He honored a 15$ coupon I found online. Matt Petroff is an excellent technician! He diagnosed the problem, gave me options, did a temporary fix until my husband cleared the boxes from the center of the garage. He returned at the appointed time another day, worked diligently, explained how it operated, helped me program the code, gave me my remotes and written instructions, and even put light bulbs in the overhead panel. Great job, very pleased, very quiet operating system, and definitely a 5 star performance! I would certainly recommend Matt and Precision Door to anyone. I heard about the company through Angie's List membership, and am very satisfied with the workmanship and quality of product.

Great job on the Garage Door Repair today. Called before the scheduled appointment and came out a few hours early. Good inspection and explanation of the problem and what was needed to be done to repair it. Just under 2 hours later, I had 2 new springs, new cables, new rollers, and a new bracket with the opener reconnected. He also explained why I needed to replace my garage door opener as well, as the problem should not have occurred. I could not spend even more to get it replaced at this time, but I appreciated the explanation. Overall, great job, with very friendly and professional service throughout.

Jim here we go again, Another great review for your team. Last time it was Bill Admaini this time it is Anthony Wise. Tony did a great job of explaining why and how my garage door was first installed by another company. He explained several options that I could take to get my failing circuit board to work on a 13 year old motor. The right decision, even though my wallet is screaming, was to get a new opener unit and drive belt. Fast, professional and he made sure I had a key entry along with two remotes. Fantastic expeditious work. I have several chores today and I now have time to do them. Brandon (trainee, I think) and Tony jumped in there and got the job done. I can tell that Brandon is astute and willing to go the extra mile. Tony is on top of his game. Good bunch of guys at your company. And now I've met three of them. Good luck over the years to come.
