Had a great experience today with John Franks, the service tech. He guessed (and was correct on) the exact age of the garage door as well as the age of the motor. I was impressed. He was super pleasant and professional, as well as knowing his stuff. Not to mention, the company’s availability was excellent. I was able to make an appointment online with a two-hour window. We needed you pretty quickly, and John was here the next morning, and was even running early. Bonus! I would definitely recommend your company to others needing garage door service. Purchased a new garage door and new garage ope new 16 months ago and garage opener was installed incorrectly . The two screws did not hit a stud and came out of the dry wall. Called to get it repaired and they still charged me a 75$ service charge for there poor workmanship. Very disappointed for there poor workmanship. ???? Thats there mistake and should not have been charged. I would have just recounted the drive bar myself.
