I was heading out Sunday morning, and found the garage door spring had broken (boy what a boom it made!). Called Precision and was given a arrival time of 4 to 6 p.m. that day. Instead the serviceman called soon after. The spring was replaced one hour later! This is the second time I've had work done by Precision. They've been responsive, effective and results have been good. Thank you Anthony!!

Five years ago Precision Door serviced my garage door so I contacted the company again for tuneup service and repair of the remote door opener. I had same-day service by John Franks who arrived on time and was very courteous and explained what needed to be done very efficiently. Anthony came and fixed my garage door opener that wasn't working because of a chipmunk chewing one of the wires. He also fixed two of our other garage doors and did a great job. He was very personable and had them all fixed in a short time. If we have problems in the future, Precision Door is the first place I will call. Wonderful service.

Wow!! I cannot stress enough how pleased I am with Precision/Cleveland Garage Doors! Our opener broke this morning, leaving us stranded with door half up! I called and was quoted a late morning service visit and a wonderful serviceman, John, actually got to my house earlier. He immediately saw the problem, explained everything clearly, and gave me options to fix the issue. He was very nice and worked quickly to install a new opener. John then explained everything that I need to know about operating it, etc. and I love this new opener! I cannot believe how quiet it is and we can access it from an app, plus a back up battery in case of a power outage. What a fabulous business. I am impressed with the superfast response time, the high quality opener and most of all, the superb service that John provided. I feel that this is a top-notch operation with highly skilled, honest, genuinely nice service people. Thank you to John for saving our day!

We could not be happier with Precision! When our opener springs broke on a Sunday, leaving our garage door inoperable, we called Precision- fearing the dreaded extra charges for weekend/holidays. The Precision representative that we reached by phone was polite and was able to schedule a service visit the same day. I called around 10 am and our appointment was set for between 8-9 pm, but our technician, Bill, called me about 15 minutes later to see if earlier would work. Bill actually fit us in that morning! He was wonderful. He quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced our springs. He was highly knowledgeable, efficient, and polite. Bill was able to easily pull up our account history because Precision uses today’s technology, so everything is accessible on computer tablets. The only cost that we incurred was the service call fee because our broken springs were covered by the lifetime warranty and there was no extra charge for weekends! Yay! Thank you Bill for you excellent(and quick!) service. We are so happy we chose Precision!

I have to admit that when our garage door broke less than a month after being repaired, I was not very happy. The fact that I was trapped at home and had to miss my morning obligations made me even more upset. But, once again, "Super Bill Adamini" came to our rescue! Not only did he head our way as quickly as he could, he arrived well before the time he was expected. Bill is so kind and compassionate that he felt really bad that we had an issue so soon. He immediately diagnosed the problem and explained the reason for the malfunction, which made total sense. Bill made the repairs and even took the time to show me how to manually open the garage door in the unlikely event that something goes wrong in the future. Bill was so thoughtful that he also lowered the cord he taught me to pull so I wouldn't have to reach too high to grasp it. Now, Bill, it's not that I don't like seeing you, but let's hope that next time it won't be under such stressful circumstances! I called Precision as I saw that they had a very good rating on Angie's List and asked them to come and repair my garage door. One spring had broken and it seemed to be making more noise than it should. Will Coad came out, on time, and responded in a very professional manner. He explained multiple options very clearly and didn't try to sway me away from my decision. The work was done quickly and it works great!

Chris called prior to scheduled appointment and was there when he said that he would. Chris was very courteous and pleasant. Besides the spring needing to be replaced, he pointed out that the bearings were wobbly, the nylon rollers were wearing, and that the cable was compromised when the torsion spring broke. Based on his recommendations, we went ahead with all of these changes which came with a lifetime warranty. We are very satisified. Five stars.
