Chris called prior to scheduled appointment and was there when he said that he would. Chris was very courteous and pleasant. Besides the spring needing to be replaced, he pointed out that the bearings were wobbly, the nylon rollers were wearing, and that the cable was compromised when the torsion spring broke. Based on his recommendations, we went ahead with all of these changes which came with a lifetime warranty. We are very satisified. Five stars.

Anthony was friendly, professional and ON TIME...he was even a few minutes ahead of schedule. He explained everything thoroughly and completed the repair quickly and neatly. He even checked around afterward to make sure there wasn't any trash left on the garage floor. Highly recommended!

After a poor experience with another local Garage Repair company, I went with Precision after reading many reviews left by customers. The company is very well managed and it is obvious that customer service is a priority from the first call. The technician made contact to confirm the appointment and was punctual. Anthony was very professional and although the problem was not "usual" he offered me a few options and was thorough in attempting to solve the issue the most cost effective way, but also gave me his opinion of the best solution for long term. He wasn't there just to sell me a new garage door opener. He was very patient with me with my many questions & through my decision-making. I am super happy with my decision and with Anthony's install. The opener is a pleasure & the good service was appreciated.

Anthony did a great job. Thanks for sending him. I was disappointed that the new spring only lasted 4 years, the old spring we had lasted 20, and it was a much heavier door. I thought it should have been covered under the warranty.

Precision has serviced us with excellent workmanship and honest follow-up on their lifetime warranty. My original service with Precision was in 2007 and had cables go bad three times since then (this is 2013. Precision has stood behind their warranty and replaced the cables with no charge. The service technicians have always been professional and right on the mark with the repair. My last call was not cable related and the technician Matt Petroff honed in on the problem immediately. He is a very professional person with a compassion for his work. I will ask for him in the future if needed. Also I will not hesitate to recommend Precision to my friends if and when they are in need of Precision's service.

Bill called ahead of time and arrived when he said he would. When he got here, he fixed all he could so I could close the garage door. I agree that I needed a new one though. He was courteous, professional, fair in price, and knew his business. I'm sure he'll do just as well on the door installation on May 3rd.
