Great service and professional help with our broken spring. Not a crisis, however their team/tech was available same-day and the pricing was comparable to other places I called. Paul did a great job explaining what repairs were needed, and then got things fixed very quickly. He was courteous and professional. The scheduler also did a great job in setting up Paul's visit. We went from a broken spring, cables and rollers mid-afternoon on a Thursday to a repaired and improved door operation before 9 am on the following day. Very nicely done.

I was checking the company out at 3am. I was shocked to find out they could come at 9am. The selected opener is fantastic. The work was done very nearly. Zoran was professional, polite and knowledgeable. He even asked if he could come 15 minutes earlier than my 4pm appointment. All boxes/ rubbish was collected and taken away. Would highly recommend!!! My son uses them too and is extremely satisfied with their work and warranties.

On October 24,2020, Precision Door Service was extremely responsive and coming to my home to repair a broken spring and cables. After calling they sent a technician within less than 24 hours. We could not of asked for a better customer experience with our technician Greg Carden who expertly serviced our double car garage door and also provided excellent customer service and knowledge in answering all our questions. We are looking to replacing our doors sometime next year and Precision will definitely be our chose of providers when we are ready.
