He researched our door to find it was discontinued and made a brace to reinforce the door so it could be used saving us a lot over replacement of the damaged panel. Al Fleming called me to say that he would be arriving within 30 minutes, he was very prompt. He was very friendly, professional and was able to tell me that my garage door opener had to be replaced. This is our 3rd time using precision. So far it has always been an emergency, and they show up right away. Yesterday our door wouldn't close, the temperature was below zero, and we were expecting a snow storm to roll in. Our daughter recommended Precision Garage. We made an appointment on line. John came out and explained what needed to be done to fix our problem. He installed a new opener, a keypad and programmed 3 remotes. We were very pleased with him and the work he did. Would definitely recommend Precision Garage to family and friends.

I don't know how he handled those big doors all by himself plus worked in 20 degree weather. So appreciated such a professional kind and polite person. The technician that came to repair our garage door spring was very helpful, knowledgeable and not “salesman pushy”. I decided to replace my garage door and he was able to temporarily fix the spring until the door is hung at which time it will be replace. Friendly, knowledgeable and showed up!

John Franks was our serviceman on 11/16/25. My husband and I were extremely satisfied by his knowledge and skill in repairing our garage door and the in depth of information about the condition of current door and parts and the type of door etc that would be recommended as replacement, as our current door/motor is over 30 years old. Also he came out on a Saturday, same day we called. John called ahead and gave me a time he would arrive. Once there he did a thorough inspection of all components of the door. Based on inspection he recommended that i replace the cables as well as springs, showing me the condition of the cables. Replaced all parts, explaining what he was doing. After installing everything, during initial testing he found that he would have to go to a larger spring on the one side. So, he disassembled and reassembled with the larger spring. He re-tested demonstrating how it was working correctly. John is polite, friendly, and exceedingly knowledgeable of his business. He is a great ambassador for you company. I will recommend your company to anybody who asks.

Our door was jumping. Nick cleaned the weather stripping and it seemed to resolve the problem. It stuck a little today. I'll see if the door itself needs to be cleaned. Otherwise , service in less than 2 hours . Fantastic!!
