Extremely satisfied with Paul’s work and his friendly demeanor! Our garage door spring broke on a Friday night and I booked online at 8:30 am next day (being a Saturday) and he was here by 10 and done efficiently by 11 am! He definitely knew what he was doing! Precision installed my garage doors years ago, I have had them fix and repair in the past. When I called on Saturday evening the lady who answered was very polite and understanding, I was lined up for Sunday am and Nick was right on time. He did a great job letting me know what I needed and the cost. He finished and everything was done perfectly. Nick should get an Atta boy, good job award.

Anthony was efficient and professional. He completed the replacement of both torsion springs and the end bearing plates in under an hour. He was easy to talk with, explained what he was doing as he worked, and answered questions without any pressure. The door is working smoothly after the repair. The price was on the higher side for the parts and labor, but the work itself was done cleanly and quickly. I would use them again for future service.

The spring on our garage door broke and I was unable to open the door. Fortunately, the car was not inside the garage at the time that the spring broke. After we called Precision, our Service-person, Zoran, contacted us immediately to let us know that he was on his way and gave us an estimated time of arrival. He was actually at our home and working on our door less than an hour after we called Precision to request service. Zoran was very courteous, professional and skilled. He was able to remove the broken spring, replace it with a new one quickly and safely and adjusted the torque of the spring appropriately. He also lubricated all of the moving parts. Our garage door is now as good as new. Zoran is an outstanding representative of your company. We are repeat customers of Precision Overhead Garage Door and we will not hesitate to call Precision again if the need arises because of our experience with Precision to date.

Precision made it very easy to schedule service - I was able to fill out a quick form online without having to call anyone! I had called another company and had to go through voice prompts before eventually being hung up on. With Precision, I could chose my desired day, time slot, and reason for repair, got confirmation of my appointment, and someone was here right at the exact time. Anthony, the tech, was great. Very knowledgeable and friendly - and he got right to work. Our doors worked fine but were about 5 years old and needed a tune up. Anthony got me new rollers and greased all the hinges and offered some maintenance advice. After he was done, everything was much quieter and ran very smooth. Im glad I chose Precision!

We are pleased with Precision Garage Door Service. Our door was damaged which cause the door not to open or close sometime. We call Precision Garage Door Service. They came out to fix the garage door and they did fix the door. The installer suggested we needed a new door. Today, we received our new door, it is quieter and looks 100% better then our old door. Garage door wouldn’t open. Saw the broken spring. Called Precision at 3:30p. Quick answer and spoke with a friendly and helpful woman in scheduling immediately. Quick scheduling, great communication, and received text and email confirming the appointment for between 4-6p same day (Sunday). By 415p, repair technician Paul arrived, who was punctual, professional, friendly and knowledgeable of the needed repair. Completed the work and testing in 30 mins. Walked me thru the repairs made and provided me some maintenance tips. Fully functional and repaired garage door. Very happy.

I have used Precision in the past. I was able to easily schedule a service appointment online and Nick showed up promptly a little after 10. (My appointment timeframe was between 10-12). Nick explained the issue and recommended I replace the springs and the rollers on the garage door as they were showing signs of wear. I decided to proceed with replacement of both and was given a two year warranty on the parts. I have dealt with other garage door companies in the past and there is no comparison as far as prompt and courteous service. I will continue to be a loyal customer.
