(Parma) Garage door spring suddenly failed and slammed down, thankfully not on my head. Called Precision and got a prompt appointment. Al Fleming had my door fixed with new springs in short order. He has obviously been doing this for awhile and was very friendly. Appreciate the quick response and professional service.

The company I called was no showing me. Your guy Paul was next door. Asked if he could stop by when he was done. He's a very positive, knowledgeable and friendly. Told me exactly what I needed and repaired everything right then and there. It was perfect. Extremely satisfied with everything.

I called Precision Overhead Garage Door for my garage door after reading their reviews. I feel it was the right call. John, their technician arrived 30 minutes early. He explained what the potential problem was and went over a couple of options. He helped me make a decision based on my needs. John had everything up and running within an hour. He took the time to answer all my questions and covered the things I could do as regular maintenance to keep it running smoothly. Thanks John, you are awesome. I called on Sunday, Zoran came out on Sunday. When my garage door opens, it goes to far and hits the motor with a bang and shaking. He noticed right away that the stopping mechanism was broken, however the parts that he had did not fit my old Genie. He said he would check the warehouse for the part and come back Tues or Wed. He told me to try stopping the door before it gets too close to the motor. I said OK. He asked for a deposit, witch I gave. Job not finished today, but Precision has been good to me before, so I expect the same now.

My spring broke and they were able to have a technician come out within a couple of hours to have it fixed. Zoran was very knowledgeable and professional. He had the door fixed quickly and pointed out a couple of other issues that I decided to have fixed also. Very pleased and will call them again if needed.

I paid $75 for the visit , while many good companies give free estimate. The estimate given to me was incomplete . Even upon my subsequent request, the estimate was not submitted. My phone call was not responded . A terrible company to do business. I will report to BBB, if $75 are not refunded to me.

Yes, the problem was solved. I wish I would have known that this repair could have been done in a few hours, I would have called other places for estimatses. Does your company give Senior Discounts? Paul was very informative. He suggested I consider about replacing the 10 little rollers and said it would be approx. $299.00. That'll give me a chance to call for other estimates. Thank.

I called because I could not get my door open manually even when I deactivated the electronic opener. No sooner had a hung up from making the appointment but my technician called to say he was on the way already. Nick was very polite and explained everything to me. I felt the pricing was very fair.

Ashley answered promptly and was friendly and helpful. She had Technician John out within 2 hours and he pre-called to let us know he was coming. John worked steadily and knew exactly how to replace my decrepit "Genie" opener. He was polite and professional and got the new opener up and working correctly and paired with my cars. Hopefully I am done installing openers but will be calling precision for any future needs.

Our technician Nick was very friendly and helpful. Our scheduled time was between 4-6 and Nick a called and said he was running early and would be coming sooner. He looked at our garage door and let us know what it would cost to repair it. Work was done in a timely manner and the door works great now. Would recommend this company.

We have used Precision for a number of years. Their are honest, no nonsense approach to fixing the issue is refreshing. Generally they can make a same day appointment. Don't hesitate to call them for garage doors or openers. You will have piece of mind in your decision
