At 7:00 yesterday morning (October 12th) our garage door worked as it always had. By 9:00 AM the door would not open either through the wall control, by the remote opener or the the key pad. I called Precision Door at 10:00 AM and was told that a technician could be out between 12:00 and 2:00. At about 10:30 Al Fleming called to let me know he could be there within a half hour. He showed up at about 11:00. Our existing door opener was 20 years old and the problem was diagnosed as a defective circuit board. Unfortunately the door opener had to be replaced. This is a project that would have taken me an entire day to complete. Al replaced the opener within less than one hour. We could not have been more satisfied with his professionalism and of course the end result of a fully functional door opener. Hopefully we will not need garage door service anytime soon but if we do we will call Precision Door first! Highly satisfied and highly recommended!

Very happy with the quick response time especially since we called on a Sunday morning when our opener quit working. The service tech Nick was a great representative for the company, very efficient and knowledgeable and installed our new opener and answered all our questions in no time.

At 7:30 am on a Friday morning my garage door would not open. I had called my nephew to ask for recommendations. He had Precision Garage Door replace the springs in his door a few years ago and highly recommended them. When I called around 8:15 I was told someone could be out in two hours. I received a phone call from Michael the technician before 9 an that he would be at my home between 9:30 and 9:35. When Michael arrived at the scheduled time he was able to open the door. One of the springs was broken. He quoted me a price to replace both springs. He also told me they could do a complete service replacing the springs, rollers, cables and all parts. This would be a life time warrantee. I decided to have the complete service done. The work took about 1 hour. I found all people I was involved with from the person who took my call and Michael to be very courteous and professional. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door for any garage door work.

I broke my garage door when backing my car. Precision came to give an estimate for a new one. Mike patiently helped my wife pick the color to match with the other door. He also fix the broken one to look presentable temporarily and kept it in a safe position. The new door was ordered and the old one replaced by anther technician who was as nice. Extremely satisfied with Paul’s work and his friendly demeanor! Our garage door spring broke on a Friday night and I booked online at 8:30 am next day (being a Saturday) and he was here by 10 and done efficiently by 11 am! He definitely knew what he was doing! Precision installed my garage doors years ago, I have had them fix and repair in the past. When I called on Saturday evening the lady who answered was very polite and understanding, I was lined up for Sunday am and Nick was right on time. Anthony was efficient and professional. He completed the replacement of both torsion springs and the end bearing plates in under an hour. He was easy to talk with, explained what he was doing as he worked, and answered questions without any pressure. The door is working smoothly after the repair. The price was on the higher side for the parts and labor, but the work itself was done cleanly and quickly. I would use them again for future service.

The spring on our garage door broke and I was unable to open the door. Fortunately, the car was not inside the garage at the time that the spring broke. After we called Precision, our Service-person, Zoran, contacted us immediately to let us know that he was on his way and gave us an estimated time of arrival. He was actually at our home and working on our door less than an hour after we called Precision to request service. Zoran was very courteous, professional and skilled. He was able to remove the broken spring, replace it with a new one quickly and safely and adjusted the torque of the spring appropriately. He also lubricated all of the moving parts. Our garage door is now as good as new. Zoran is an outstanding representative of your company. We are repeat customers of Precision Overhead Garage Door and we will not hesitate to call Precision again if the need arises because of our experience with Precision to date.
