I called to have a new garage door opener installed. They told me the Serviceman would be at my house between 8 and 10 am on 1/17/25. Shortly after 8 am-they called, they were on the way! Al Fleming came over, checked over my garage and provided information on what needed to be done. It was extremely cold that week-but nice on Friday. Al told me he could do all the work that same day, and that he would come back in the afternoon. He came back promptly and got all of the work done so fast - it was great! Al was very professional and kind - he explained everything perfectly! After the installation - he explained the remotes and keypad. It was a great experience! Thank you Al for doing such a great job and so quickly! I'm glad I contacted Precision Garage Door - will refer to my friends! Thanks again!

We are very pleased with the service provided by Precision Garage Door. Our garage door came off the track on a Saturday around noon, and Precision was the third company we called. The first did not answer the phone, and the second said they would call back on Monday. Precision answered and said a technician would be out between 2:00 and 4:00. Paul arrived around 3:00 and was very friendly. He assessed the situation and presented us with two options, repair or replacement. We chose the repair option and he completed the work in about an hour and fifteen minutes. He explained the repair and demonstrated his work. We recommend Precision Garage Door to anyone having issues!

Sensors on garage door were malfunctioning and needed a fix sooner rather than later. Precision Door was able to stop by the same day I called which was greatly appreciated. Paul installed the new sensors in less than 10 minutes and told me a few things to watch out for in the future. Will definitely use Precision in the future! A+++

I found that Precision’s reviews were very good and had a new garage door installed. 2 1/2 years later my door cable was loose and called them for repair. Someone came out the next day and fixed everything. He was very professional and knowledgeable as well. I recommend Precision Door Service.

We assumed the very worst when our son backed into our garage, but I am amazed at the courtesy and speed of the repair! I had a 30 minute zoom call and it was done before my call was over!! And the cost was far below what I assumed! Highly recommended!!

Called Precision in the morning with major problems resulting in no access to our autos. Technician Greg came out a 1/2 hr. earlier than scheduled. The COLD weather didn't slow Greg down one bit. He dove in and corrected ALL the many problems with our garage door. Personable, professional and efficient are the 3 words that describe Greg best. I would also like to thank the operator who handled my call and set up the appointment. How refreshing, to deal with people who know what the he## they're doing !

I had a very good experience with Precision Door Service. From my initial contact through the installation I found people both courteous and professional. The response time was unbelievable! I had a representative at my door within a few hours. He was knowledgeable and answered all our questions. The work was completed timely and again he spent time with us going over the new features. Garage door opener quit working, so called Precision. Have used them previously to replace a broken door cable. The technician, Zoran, called ahead and arrived a little early. He was professional, knowledgeable, and personable. He examined the existing opener, explained the problems (one of which was the old opener was 20 years old), and explained the options of repair or replacement. I decided on replacement, and Zoran expertly and efficiently installed a new LiftMaster. I'm happy with the result and would definitely use Precision again.

We called and got an appointment the next day. We got the call and John was on his way at exactly the time frame we were told. We talked about what we wanted and he had everything with him and so we got the new opener in about an hour and a half or so! John was a pleasure, professional and a kind, friendly guy! My assigned tech was Bill Adamini. Bill was extremely courteous, patient, efficient, and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the issue right away on the one door I was having issues with... but he also went above and beyond to true up both doors that I own. He made sure travel, spacing, lubrication, and safety functions were all in order. I couldn't ask for a better experience considering I had never used Precision Door before. I will DEFINITELY be using Precision Door again for future needs and I would recommend Bill (and Precision in general) to any friends/neighbors/colleagues in a heartbeat. Thanks again!
