I have used Precision in the past. I was able to easily schedule a service appointment online and Nick showed up promptly a little after 10. (My appointment timeframe was between 10-12). Nick explained the issue and recommended I replace the springs and the rollers on the garage door as they were showing signs of wear. I decided to proceed with replacement of both and was given a two year warranty on the parts. I have dealt with other garage door companies in the past and there is no comparison as far as prompt and courteous service. I will continue to be a loyal customer.

Precision Garage Door Service truly deserves a 5 star rating. We realized our garage door stopped working at 12:30, called Precision (and yes, a real person answered the phone!) An hour later their technician, John, arrived. John was fantastic. It was obvious he knew garage doors! The spring on my garage door snapped without warning just when I had an MD appointment. I could not lift the door manually. I called precision because they installed my opener a year ago. They came out with out much delay and arrived with all parts needed. the Technician was very knowledgeable and it only took him one hour. I was very pleased with the quickness and efficiency.

My garage door opener died and I knew it needed to be replaced. I looked on line and selected Precision Garage Door Service after reading all of the positive reviews. I liked being able to schedule on line for a time that met my needs. The technician, Zoran, called shortly before the scheduled time to confirm appt. He arrived on time and got right to work— replaced the bad opener with a new one and also replaced the worn rollers. It was expensive but was done quickly and all debris was cleaned up. And I had it all done the same day so my cars would not have to sit outside overnight. The technician was very polite and friendly— he explained how to do some basic routine care of the new equipment, which was appreciated. I would recommend Precision Garage Door to family and friends.

I called to have a new garage door opener installed. They told me the Serviceman would be at my house between 8 and 10 am on 1/17/25. Shortly after 8 am-they called, they were on the way! Al Fleming came over, checked over my garage and provided information on what needed to be done. It was extremely cold that week-but nice on Friday. Al told me he could do all the work that same day, and that he would come back in the afternoon. He came back promptly and got all of the work done so fast - it was great! Al was very professional and kind - he explained everything perfectly! After the installation - he explained the remotes and keypad. It was a great experience! Thank you Al for doing such a great job and so quickly! I'm glad I contacted Precision Garage Door - will refer to my friends! Thanks again!

We are very pleased with the service provided by Precision Garage Door. Our garage door came off the track on a Saturday around noon, and Precision was the third company we called. The first did not answer the phone, and the second said they would call back on Monday. Precision answered and said a technician would be out between 2:00 and 4:00. Paul arrived around 3:00 and was very friendly. He assessed the situation and presented us with two options, repair or replacement. We chose the repair option and he completed the work in about an hour and fifteen minutes. He explained the repair and demonstrated his work. We recommend Precision Garage Door to anyone having issues!

Called Precision in the morning with major problems resulting in no access to our autos. Technician Greg came out a 1/2 hr. earlier than scheduled. The COLD weather didn't slow Greg down one bit. He dove in and corrected ALL the many problems with our garage door. Personable, professional and efficient are the 3 words that describe Greg best. I would also like to thank the operator who handled my call and set up the appointment. How refreshing, to deal with people who know what the he## they're doing !
