Garage door opener quit working, so called Precision. Have used them previously to replace a broken door cable. The technician, Zoran, called ahead and arrived a little early. He was professional, knowledgeable, and personable. He examined the existing opener, explained the problems (one of which was the old opener was 20 years old), and explained the options of repair or replacement. I decided on replacement, and Zoran expertly and efficiently installed a new LiftMaster. I'm happy with the result and would definitely use Precision again.

We called and got an appointment the next day. We got the call and John was on his way at exactly the time frame we were told. We talked about what we wanted and he had everything with him and so we got the new opener in about an hour and a half or so! John was a pleasure, professional and a kind, friendly guy! My assigned tech was Bill Adamini. Bill was extremely courteous, patient, efficient, and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the issue right away on the one door I was having issues with... but he also went above and beyond to true up both doors that I own. He made sure travel, spacing, lubrication, and safety functions were all in order. I couldn't ask for a better experience considering I had never used Precision Door before. I will DEFINITELY be using Precision Door again for future needs and I would recommend Bill (and Precision in general) to any friends/neighbors/colleagues in a heartbeat. Thanks again!

Last week I ordered doors from the repair technician, later that same day I requested more information about the doors, perhaps I would like to upgrade my order. Add windows, color, etc.,as of this moment I haven’t received anything. If this is the service I’m receiving now, what can I expect once the doors are installed? I called Precision, a referral from my brother, after the spring on my garage door broke. My info was taken down in detail and I was given a time frame for service, which was very quick. Rep "John" came and did an excellent job in repairing my door, added new cables too, and explained everything he was doing, and why. He was very polite, efficient, considerate and informative. Garage Door cable came off and tracks were a little bent. I’m glad that these guys are open on Sundays. Called them, got an appointment and Anthony was out with in 30 mins. Anthony did a good job.
