5 stars We googled garage door repair, looking for someone who seemed reliable and could come out that evening. I was making the call for our daughter & son-in-law as they were both at work. Having problem with the door not staying down. Would like this repaired so would not have concerns while at work. Liked the information I read so called to ask more about the company and would you be able to service them this evening? Sorry, but I forget the name of the woman I talked with. She was very helpful answering all my questions. Has a pleasing voice. Was able to assign a technician to arrive between 4 and 6:00. Zoran arrived by 4:30. Very pleasant. He thoroughly explained all options for the repair. We felt no pressure in choosing the entire mechanism to be replaced rather than just the repair of a couple parts. You feel somewhat leery contacting a company for service when the only thing you know about them is the on-line information. Glad we took a chance on Precision.

Ryan came to replace my existing garage door, and couldn't have been more polite and efficient. Called about a garage door opener repair and ended up getting a new install (it was needed). The product is fantastic and my technician was super knowledgeable and friendly! I gave his card to my parents as the are shopping for a new garage door. They will be calling soon. Great job guys, I’m super impressed!

I will definitely use this company again. The first thing that really impressed me was the same day service. The second thing is the email I received telling me the name of the technician along with a link so I could see his face and read his bio. John was great. He was thorough, complete, efficient, and totally professional. He corrected the initial problem and them pointed out one safety issue (raveling cable) and explained the reason for the noise (new rollers would eliminate). Installation was quick. Door works great. I live in Parma and selected Precision due to their excellent ratings as well as their support for Operation Homefront. Technicians Paul Broschk and his Assistant Craig came to my home early within the four (4)-hr time frame. During their examination, they found things that I forgot to tell them that I thought was wrong with me garage door so I am confident they performed a very thorough examination. After the conclusion of the examination, Paul explained what was wrong and showed me three (3) repair plans he felt were appropriate. He was extremely professional and patient in explaining everything me. Upon completion of their work, Paul and Craig called me out to show me what they had done and to make sure the openers all worked. I am very pleased with the work performed, the expertise of my technicians as well as the professionalism and courtesy from everyone I dealt with at Precision. I would highly recommend them and will continue to deal with them when /if I have troubles in the future.

Bill Adamini is a very courteous, knowledgeable and friendly technician. He replaced my old Liftmaster (21 years old) with a new belt driven unit, and did it in less than an hour. I could not have been more pleased with the service he provided. I hesitated giving a five star rating because I thought the price was a little steep, but thought that would be unfair to Bill. Selected Precision Door primarily because of good reviews on Angie's List. Called and got an appointment for the same day and was given a time window for the service. The service technician, Matt Petroff, called ahead and gave me a more exact arrival time. Matt was on time, courteous, and professional. He told me what the problems were with my garage door and explained to me all the repair options available to me and the associated costs, from fixing the immediate problems to doing a complete rebuild of the important components of the door. Matt did a good job of fixing my garage door and now it works great.

Had a wonderful experience with Precision. I called 3 companies to get an estimate on a new door and Precision was the only one that came out on a Saturday and gave us an estimate. We had a new door in 3 days. Ryan was nice, friendly and explained what he would recommend but also stated it was up to us what we wanted. When Ryan came to install the door again was polite and friendly and did a great job! Our door looks great! I would recommend to family and friends.
