Paul was fantastic! Helped us repair and salvage two old wood doors I thought were dead. He put in extra work (fixing a bad job from a prior company) for no charge and saved us a bunch of money not needing new doors, saving a piece of history. 75+ year old doors running like new. Couldn’t be happier.

I called this morning and spoke to a real person. That’s alway a plus in my book. Booked an appointment for same day and the service person showed up on time (even a bit early). I got the courtesy call to advise he was on the way as I was promised. Punctual and very efficient. Took the time to educate me a bit on my old door. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Will definitely call again when I need a repair or want to update the door.

John G. arrived on time and immediately inspected my garage door to determine the problem. He kindly took the time to show me the deliberate damage that had been done to the door by the previous garage door repairman who had been at my home three days prior. He explained what needed to be done to correct the problem, and after agreeing for him to do the work he had the door working in less than thirty minutes. Again he took the time to make certain all was properly working to my satisfaction. If I have any problems in the future, I will use Precision again. When a new door is needed, they will install it.

Two panels of my garage door were damaged by a large tree branch that fell during a severe storm. I made the initial call and an appointment was set-up immediately for the next day. The technician, Bill, was friendly and knowledgeable. He gave me a quote on the spot which was reasonable with the work being completed within a couple days. They are now my "go to" garage door company.

Three cranky overhead garage door openers were nagging for service. The outfit that originally installed the doors & openers and had serviced them for a decade now only "wholesales" the equipment. When I asked them to recommend a local service company they gave me the number of a "moonlighter" who might do the job if I told him they had sent me to him. Uhh, no! So I went on-line and found a collection of local overhead door installation & service companies. I rejected all whose "websites" were actually Facebook pages (how unprofessional!!) and fortuitously selected Precision Overhead Garage Door Service, based on their very business-like internet website and extremely helpful telephone receptionist. A service call was scheduled at the very first convenient opportunity. The serviceman (Anthony) was exactly on time, arriving moments after the promised telephone call to announce his coming. He courteously helped me roll a disabled vehicle out of one garage bay for opener access, checked operation of all remotes, adjusted all door settings, lubricated all moving parts and completed programming of the in-car remote in one vehicle. In a professional manner he also explained available maintenance options to assure continued proper door operation (which we elected to defer). The charge for this much appreciated service call was quite reasonable. Consider me a very satisfied customer who will continue to do business with Precision, and I heartily recommend them to others.

Bill Adamini called and arrived for the appt early which was good. Showed me the broken spring and worn cable wires. Told me exactly what needed to be done and how much it would cost. Finished in 1/2 hour. Lubed everything, fixed a wire and I think he even changed a light bulb. Great work! Thanks

Installer, Joe, called in advance to let me know he was on his way. He arrived precisely on time and completely explained what he would be doing to remove and replace my two old garage doors. Joe was efficient in his time, very courteous and professional. He cleared away all the debris when finished and went over care and maintenance with me. The new doors look and work perfectly. Mr. John Franks called before his predicted arrival time (which was earlier than expected, and great). He was kind enough to take time to explain what was needed to repair my garage door before he began. He worked efficiently to complete the job in a timely manner. I chose this company because I was referred by a friend. When he had a problem with his garage door he mentioned that you worked promptly and took care of the matter right away. I was disappointed, knowing that there was still a service charge for you coming to look at my door and no work was done. Even when filling out this survey, it talked about a service performed, and there was nothing physically done to my garage door, other than looking at the problem. It’s still making me select a service performed when nothing was done so disappointed in that as well. I am listing it as broken garage door repair even though nothing was fixed or done to my door.
