Hi, I explained to Al your tech, what seemed to be wrong with the door and reminded him that it might be related to his prior visit. He went right to work and explained what other possibilities might be. He was courteous, and efficient. It was a good experience, and I feel that I know a lot more about my garage door, and how it works.
