I recently had a new garage door opener installed by a technician by the name of Paul. He was the most professional workman I have ever had to work in my home. Paul arrived early to perform the installation, he explained everything he was doing in a very professional manner. He explained the new controls and their operation until I was completely satisfied. Paul removed all the old workings of the previous garage door to my satisfaction. The new unit installed was replacing one that was over twenty years old. New unit has more safety features and also has wifi and an app to control the door from my phone, I'm very satisfied with my total overall experience with Precision Garage Door Company. Don't hesitate to call them when your garage door fails.

Bill did a great job diagnosing a very subtle jamming issue. He made some internal adjustments to top roller brackets that fixed the problem ! GOOD WORK

We called Precision and we were able to get next day service. Our technician Paul was excellent. He took the time to explain our options and we decided to get a new opener. Installation was less than an hour and Paul explained the entire procedure to us and explained all the workings of the new opener very clearly. Very satisfied with Precision Door Service.

I am an old man. I've been around and flim-flammed for a long time. Today, I had one of the best customer experiences of my life. I found a really great service company. Precision Garage Door Inc.! I heartily recommend them them to everyone. Promptness, courtesy, expertise, you name it, they are the best. If you're lucky, you'll get service rep Greg come to fix your problem. He's super! I feel I lucked out when I contacted Precision.

I called Precision Door to get an estimate on replacing my garage door opener. I needed the whole shebang, motor, remotes, keypad, etc. The tech came out, explained all my options, and when I asked about scheduling, said he could do it on the spot. I was super excited since I was starting a new job and trying to cram in a bunch of home projects, so it saved me a ton of hassle. Bill was super nice, easy to talk to and understand, and just flat out a pleasure to work with. I would recommend these guys 100% to anyone.

We were very pleased with Precision Door Services. From our phone call interaction with Cameron who set up our appointment quickly and efficiently, to Zoran, our technician, who was on time, professional, and very friendly, to the image the company portrays with their vehicles; everything went smoothly and well. We had a warranty on our springs since we used Precision 11 years ago; the warranty was honored. We would use Precision again.

Professional repair! Promptly arrived within the scheduled window. Service person was professional in all work preformed and suggested maintenance that would help in the future. Glad they were able to accommodate on the weekend after I accidentally damaged one of the door tracks and could not close the garage door. Would definitely recommend and use them again.

Precision Door comes through when you need them. They do a thorough check of the garage door status, keep great records, and take care of what needs to be done. Matt was personable, knows what he is doing, and made repairs quickly and efficiently. It is a pleasure working with Precision Door! I would definitely recommend them for all garage repair needs. Our garage door broke (spring) late Friday night 12-28-2018. I could not open it by hand. Called Saturday morning at about 9:45 am. By 3:00 pm on Saturday afternoon the door was repaired. The technician that came out was John Gilles, we could not have been more pleased with his professionalism, knowledge, and friendliness. During our conversation, I had asked about garage door openers. When he gave me the paperwork for the work he did he also gave me information on the openers that Precision recommends and took the time to explain the difference between them. I have been very impressed with Precision, and their business philosophy. The customer definitely comes first with Precision. They are available whenever you need them. Our door spring broke, and we were basically unable to get our cars out on a Saturday night. I got in touch with Precision by chat room, and was able to get the door fixed on Sunday morning. I don't know of another garage door company that offers that kind of service. Later we decided to replace the whole door since the one we had was builder's quality, and we wanted to upgrade. The new door was professionally installed and we are very happy with the whole process.

Bill did a great looking at our door problem and explained our old wooden door is starting to fall apart from the rain/snow. The door is holding water and swollen. He suggested we remove the rot from the frame of garage door. He also suggested we replace our 2 1/2 car garage door with a new light weight steel door. Our wooden door weights 2 - 3 x more than steel door. Wood door is making garage motor work harder.

All was as advertised. Zoran did a great job in explaining our options, and when we made a choice, he installed new springs and a new opener right away. He showed us how to use our new controls and made sure they worked before he left. He also told us items we did not need to replace and some that are not necessary but may make the opening / closing process smoother.

"Z" came out to repair our original construction garage door. He was knowledgeable, and gave me different price options for the repair, depending on whether I would replace the door relatively soon. He worked quickly and cleanly. He was a pleasure to deal with.
