We are pleased with Precision Garage Door Service. Our door was damaged which cause the door not to open or close sometime. We call Precision Garage Door Service. They came out to fix the garage door and they did fix the door. The installer suggested we needed a new door. Today, we received our new door, it is quieter and looks 100% better then our old door. He researched our door to find it was discontinued and made a brace to reinforce the door so it could be used saving us a lot over replacement of the damaged panel. This is our 3rd time using precision. So far it has always been an emergency, and they show up right away. Yesterday our door wouldn't close, the temperature was below zero, and we were expecting a snow storm to roll in. The service technician was here within 3 hours working in ridiculously cold conditions. He provided our options and completed the work quickly. They always do a great job.

The technician that came to repair our garage door spring was very helpful, knowledgeable and not “salesman pushy”. I decided to replace my garage door and he was able to temporarily fix the spring until the door is hung at which time it will be replace. Friendly, knowledgeable and showed up!

I had my garage door backed into and it did considerable damage. Paul came out and evaluated that it couldn't be repaired and would require replaced. The cost wasn't cheap but it was reasonable. Buy cheap get cheap. Thanks for all the help. Doug

I called because I remembered there was a garage door service place close to our home. I was happy to have someone come out within a couple hours. John Franks installed our new opener because he was knowledgeable about our old opener and he reassured us the opener learn button was broken as we suspected. He did a terrific job in less than 2 hours as promised. He explained everything about the new opener and answered all our questions. We would definitely recommend him and your company.

I recently had a new garage door opener installed by a technician by the name of Paul. He was the most professional workman I have ever had to work in my home. Paul arrived early to perform the installation, he explained everything he was doing in a very professional manner. He explained the new controls and their operation until I was completely satisfied. Paul removed all the old workings of the previous garage door to my satisfaction. The new unit installed was replacing one that was over twenty years old. New unit has more safety features and also has wifi and an app to control the door from my phone, I'm very satisfied with my total overall experience with Precision Garage Door Company.
