Professional repair! Promptly arrived within the scheduled window. Service person was professional in all work preformed and suggested maintenance that would help in the future. Glad they were able to accommodate on the weekend after I accidentally damaged one of the door tracks and could not close the garage door. Would definitely recommend and use them again.

Our garage door broke (spring) late Friday night 12-28-2018. I could not open it by hand. Called Saturday morning at about 9:45 am. By 3:00 pm on Saturday afternoon the door was repaired. The technician that came out was John Gilles, we could not have been more pleased with his professionalism, knowledge, and friendliness. During our conversation, I had asked about garage door openers. When he gave me the paperwork for the work he did he also gave me information on the openers that Precision recommends and took the time to explain the difference between them. I have been very impressed with Precision, and their business philosophy. The customer definitely comes first with Precision. They are available whenever you need them. Our door spring broke, and we were basically unable to get our cars out on a Saturday night. I got in touch with Precision by chat room, and was able to get the door fixed on Sunday morning. I don't know of another garage door company that offers that kind of service. Later we decided to replace the whole door since the one we had was builder's quality, and we wanted to upgrade. The new door was professionally installed and we are very happy with the whole process.

Bill did a great looking at our door problem and explained our old wooden door is starting to fall apart from the rain/snow. The door is holding water and swollen. He suggested we remove the rot from the frame of garage door. He also suggested we replace our 2 1/2 car garage door with a new light weight steel door. Our wooden door weights 2 - 3 x more than steel door. Wood door is making garage motor work harder.

All was as advertised. Zoran did a great job in explaining our options, and when we made a choice, he installed new springs and a new opener right away. He showed us how to use our new controls and made sure they worked before he left. He also told us items we did not need to replace and some that are not necessary but may make the opening / closing process smoother.

Precision is always quick to get to my house when I have an issue. I’ve required a second visit from the tech to tweak something a couple of times. He comes promptly and addresses the issue. No complaints.

Paul called ahead and arrived earlier than was scheduled. Very professional and explained the differences in the openers and their warranties. He was concerned about not hurting my motorcycle in the garage and kept me appraised of his progress. New opener works quietly and smoothly. After making calls twice to the company that installed our last opener 16 yrs ago and not hearing back before they closed to set up an appointment with called Precision. They were kind, courteous and set up an appointment for the very next afternoon. Bill, the technician, called and said he would be there in 15-20 minutes and was very timely. He figured out the issue right away and strongly suggested replacing. He was done within an hour with installation. Showed me all the in and outs and helped program everything. I told him we had a coupon and he offered us a better one and even checked over garage door and oiled it. He made sure my husband and I had no questions before leaving and promised if we need anything in future to call they will be out ASAP. Highly recommend the company.”

We had our garage door serviced by precision door a few years ago and had great service then. Recently the door which is 25 yrs old showed signs of stress and Ryan explained in detail the repair and replacement costs. We decided to replace the door and opener and are completely satisfied with the Olympiad door and new opener. Ryan did a great job installing it and we couldn't be happier! Would recommend this company highly!! great people! Great product.

I chose Precision from the internet listing because one of the overhead doors was not operating. It was a good choice. Your technician, Tony Wise, found the problem in a short time. He then examined both doors and their cables, etc. and pointed out potential problems due to their age, etc. I decided to accept his recommendations and he performed the services in a very professional manner.
