Paul Broschk was my technician, and he was fantastic! He helped me out twice, first helping me get into my garage that wouldn’t open and he came out again the following weekend (in the middle of a blizzard) to rebuild my garage door system. He was courteous and prompt and I couldn’t be more pleased with his level of service. I will highly recommend Precison and Paul to anyone in need of assistance with their garage. Thanks again!

Paul called ahead and arrived earlier than was scheduled. Very professional and explained the differences in the openers and their warranties. He was concerned about not hurting my motorcycle in the garage and kept me appraised of his progress. New opener works quietly and smoothly. After making calls twice to the company that installed our last opener 16 yrs ago and not hearing back before they closed to set up an appointment with called Precision. They were kind, courteous and set up an appointment for the very next afternoon. Bill, the technician, called and said he would be there in 15-20 minutes and was very timely. He figured out the issue right away and strongly suggested replacing. He was done within an hour with installation. Showed me all the in and outs and helped program everything. I told him we had a coupon and he offered us a better one and even checked over garage door and oiled it. He made sure my husband and I had no questions before leaving and promised if we need anything in future to call they will be out ASAP. Highly recommend the company.”

We had our garage door serviced by precision door a few years ago and had great service then. Recently the door which is 25 yrs old showed signs of stress and Ryan explained in detail the repair and replacement costs. We decided to replace the door and opener and are completely satisfied with the Olympiad door and new opener. Ryan did a great job installing it and we couldn't be happier! Would recommend this company highly!! great people! Great product.

5 stars! I have used Precision door for years and have always had good service. My service needs are addressed promptly. My technician this time was John. Very courteous and professional, which I think is especially important when you have someone coming to your home to work. John arrived exactly when he said he would, completed the job in a timely fashion, and provided excellent customer service, in general.

I chose Precision from the internet listing because one of the overhead doors was not operating. It was a good choice. Your technician, Tony Wise, found the problem in a short time. He then examined both doors and their cables, etc. and pointed out potential problems due to their age, etc. I decided to accept his recommendations and he performed the services in a very professional manner.

I ordered rollers replacement & Tune up of garage door through Angie's list.Technician noticed cable was ripped & needed to be replaced for extra $ 110.I agreed to replace the cable also.All work was done to my satisfaction. i will give 5 star for the service performed by technician Bill Adamini.

Had the springs in our garage door break on a Saturday afternoon during a nasty snow storm. I called Precision at 2:45PM and they had someone at my house by 5:30. The technician was extremely professional and did an excellent job working on my door. I would recommend them to anyone based upon this experience

Paul came to our house and quickly determined the cause of our garage door problem. He described the issues in detail and showed me different options and prices to fix the issues. We ended up going with a complete garage door rebuild and a new garage door opener as ours was about to the end of its life. It is amazing how much quieter the garage door is now with a new opener and all new rollers, bearings, and springs.

My technician, Bill Adamini, was fantastic. He knew exactly how to diagnose the problem I was having with my garage door opener, and he did it in a quick, efficient manner. He was very personable and helpful. He gave me his personal cell phone number just in case I had another issue, which I did, and he came right back to help out. He even brought in my trash cans as he was leaving!

Even my 15 year old son who is extremely hard to impress said Paul had one of the best personalities of any technician that had ever come to our house. He was personable, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. Paul explained all options in an easy to understand format and completed the work in a timely, efficient manner. Al Fleming is a personal friend so I requested him to do my garage door repair on Tues.,July 15. When I called the office, the receptionist was very cordial and followed my wishes by having Al call me asap. We have been having an occasional problem with mice entering the garage. The last time Ryan Freeman came out to replace the motherboard in our garage opener, he said we might want to replace the gasket at the bottom of the door. He was professional and very neat. I would recommend Precison Door and Ryan to anyone in need of repair. I'm really glad that I chose Precison last December when we needed repairs.
