My technician, Bill Adamini, was fantastic. He knew exactly how to diagnose the problem I was having with my garage door opener, and he did it in a quick, efficient manner. He was very personable and helpful. He gave me his personal cell phone number just in case I had another issue, which I did, and he came right back to help out. He even brought in my trash cans as he was leaving!

Al Fleming is a personal friend so I requested him to do my garage door repair on Tues.,July 15. When I called the office, the receptionist was very cordial and followed my wishes by having Al call me asap. We have been having an occasional problem with mice entering the garage. The last time Ryan Freeman came out to replace the motherboard in our garage opener, he said we might want to replace the gasket at the bottom of the door. He was professional and very neat. I would recommend Precison Door and Ryan to anyone in need of repair. I'm really glad that I chose Precison last December when we needed repairs.

Ryan came out and diagnosed our problem and gave a a choice in correcting it. He was not hard sell and was very honest as to advantages of replacing vs repair.We opted for repair provided the cost of the motherboard is not prohibitive. He also reviewed the coupons we had and determined the best for us to use. Being on a retiree income, we really appreciated that! We have two garage doors and Ryan was out in December to replace the spring in the other one. Great technician. I wish I could be so confident in all service people and companies

Bill brought me a new opener, he had to reprogram the very old one, the keypad opener and the new one. Anthony did a great job. He did a rebuild of the door replaced springs,rollers, bearings,and cable in an hour. He called when he was 15 minutes out. He double checked that no debris was left on the floor.

Excellent customer service. As a business owner I understand how important customer service is. I call on a Saturday at 10:00 AM and the Technician was out at my home at 3:30 PM. He explained to me all my options as the door spring was broken. He explained their pricing and by 5:45 the spring was replaced. I would recommend this company to any one who needs garage door repair or replaced.There was no extra cost for Saturday repair.

Garage door spring broke early on a cold winter's morning. I called at 7am, talked to a pleasant girl, and had a service tech at my door by 8:30am. Job completed in under 2 hours, buy a very nice, hard working, competent tech, Matt.

One of the springs on our double overhead garage door broke late in the morning, and I contacted Precision to see how quickly a repair could be performed. After arranging a convenient time for a same-day repair, their service technician, Brad Buzzelli, arrived as promised and quickly replaced the springs. Brad also inspected the door, adjusted the chain tension on our opener, tightened some loose hardware, oiled the bearings and provided me with a nice review of the work he performed. I was completely satisfied with the quality of service I received, and I will gladly recommend Precision to my family and friends.
