Called on Saturday AM for immediate repair. Very pleased to ear that there was no extra cost for coming out on a Saturday. Another company quoted me an additional $50. I was very impressed with the emial confirmation and that the service tech changed and I received a call confirming that before he came out. He was amazing. Precision has my business moving forward. Bill brought me a new opener, he had to reprogram the very old one, the keypad opener and the new one. Right from the get go Joshua, who answered the phone till the last second with Bill I could not have had better service. Anthony did a great job. He did a rebuild of the door replaced springs,rollers, bearings,and cable in an hour. He called when he was 15 minutes out. He double checked that no debris was left on the floor.

Excellent customer service. As a business owner I understand how important customer service is. I call on a Saturday at 10:00 AM and the Technician was out at my home at 3:30 PM. He explained to me all my options as the door spring was broken. He explained their pricing and by 5:45 the spring was replaced. I would recommend this company to any one who needs garage door repair or replaced.There was no extra cost for Saturday repair.

Garage door spring broke early on a cold winter's morning. I called at 7am, talked to a pleasant girl, and had a service tech at my door by 8:30am. Job completed in under 2 hours, buy a very nice, hard working, competent tech, Matt.

One of the springs on our double overhead garage door broke late in the morning, and I contacted Precision to see how quickly a repair could be performed. After arranging a convenient time for a same-day repair, their service technician, Brad Buzzelli, arrived as promised and quickly replaced the springs. Brad also inspected the door, adjusted the chain tension on our opener, tightened some loose hardware, oiled the bearings and provided me with a nice review of the work he performed. I was completely satisfied with the quality of service I received, and I will gladly recommend Precision to my family and friends.

One of the cables on my garage door broke on a Sunday. I was very pleased that there was no extra charge for sending a technician out on a Sunday.I also appreciated the email including a photo of the scheduled tech. Ryan was very professional. He phoned and asked if he could arrive early, which was great! He recommended a rebuild rather than just replacing the broken cable, and since my garage door hadn't been serviced since I bought it in 1997, I agreed. It was more than I had hoped to spend, but I liked the guarantee. The only thing that stopped me from giving your company 5 stars is that I wish I had been told about the coupon on your website that would have waived the cost of the service call since I was spending way more in excess of $100. Your company did honor the half off the service fee coupon I had from Angie's list, but excellent customer service would have been to suggest your own coupon since the rebuild was $650, way in excess of the $100 service the coupon required. Ryan did the work quickly and cleaned up afterwards. He was very friendly and courteous.

My garage door was not working properly. The spring was broken and needed replaced. Brad was out within an hour of my call to have someone come out. Brad suggested the door hardware overhaul. He was very professional and friendly. I will not say Precision was the cheapest, but a lifetime warranty on all parts and labor is worth it. I would definitely recommend Precision and will call again if we have any problems.

Tom fully explained what needed to be done and the products used to service the repair needed. The work was done quickly and everything is now functioning properly again. I was glad Precision was able to service my garage door on a Sunday. The torsion spring broke Saturday night and I didn't want to have to miss work on Monday. Tom arrived on time (after calling to say he was on his way!). He was very professional and explained all of my options. After I gave him the go-ahead he got right to work and completed the 'rebuild' in just over an hour. Other than the unexpected expense of the repair (a bit on the expensive side!) I had no complaints about the quality of the technician (Tom) or the work performed.

Ryan came out and diagnosed our problem and gave a a choice in correcting it. He was not hard sell and was very honest as to advantages of replacing vs repair.We opted for repair provided the cost of the motherboard is not prohibitive. He also reviewed the coupons we had and determined the best for us to use. Being on a retiree income, we really appreciated that! We have two garage doors and Ryan was out in December to replace the spring in the other one. Great technician. I wish I could be so confident in all service people and companies
