Had the springs in our garage door break on a Saturday afternoon during a nasty snow storm. I called Precision at 2:45PM and they had someone at my house by 5:30. Paul came to our house and quickly determined the cause of our garage door problem. He described the issues in detail and showed me different options and prices to fix the issues. We ended up going with a complete garage door rebuild and a new garage door opener as ours was about to the end of its life. It is amazing how much quieter the garage door is now with a new opener and all new rollers, bearings, and springs.

My technician, Bill Adamini, was fantastic. He knew exactly how to diagnose the problem I was having with my garage door opener, and he did it in a quick, efficient manner. He was very personable and helpful. He gave me his personal cell phone number just in case I had another issue, which I did, and he came right back to help out. He even brought in my trash cans as he was leaving!

Even my 15 year old son who is extremely hard to impress said Paul had one of the best personalities of any technician that had ever come to our house. We have been having an occasional problem with mice entering the garage. The last time Ryan Freeman came out to replace the motherboard in our garage opener, he said we might want to replace the gasket at the bottom of the door. He was professional and very neat. I would recommend Precison Door and Ryan to anyone in need of repair. I'm really glad that I chose Precison last December when we needed repairs.

Ryan came out and diagnosed our problem and gave a a choice in correcting it. He was not hard sell and was very honest as to advantages of replacing vs repair.We opted for repair provided the cost of the motherboard is not prohibitive. He also reviewed the coupons we had and determined the best for us to use. Being on a retiree income, we really appreciated that! We have two garage doors and Ryan was out in December to replace the spring in the other one. Great technician. I wish I could be so confident in all service people and companies
