Anthony was the repair technician that worked on my garage door. After his assessment of the garage door he gave me the choice of three different costs to choose from. He was very professional. He was very efficient in the installation of the garage door opener and taking care of all the other repairs that the door needed. I would definitely recommend Precision to anyone I know that needs work on their garage door. I am very pleased with the work that Anthony did and would give him five stars. If I ever need anything done on my garage door in the future I definitely will call Precision.

The technician Mr. Al Fleming was at my home when I returned from our Anual Church picnic, I was informed he would be at my location between the hours of 5:00 to 8:00p.m. But luckily for me he arrived about 2:30p.m. He introduced himself and I appraised him of the nature of the problem and he advised me the options I had. I chose the recommended option however because of a misunderstanding of the three options (Good, better, and naturally the best) consequently after we concluded, he continued with number two option (Better) he completed his task without any hesitation. Mr. Fleming was very professional and I was happy with his work. I chose "Precision after reading the bio of the technicians and I am happy with the choice I have selected. I certainly will use Precision in the future,and by all means recommend them to my friends who are thinking of a garage door upgrade or repairs to be done. I was able to make an appointment right away, good customer service. Paul Broschk was my technician, awesome guy. Knowledgeable, efficient, and just all-around personable. Thought the new equipment (spring, cables, bearings, etc) was a little steep in price, especially after some research, but, quality-looking and warranty backed. I would recommend and use their services again.

I picked your company out based on your website only. I had no references to pick out any other way. Your rep came out the same day I called and was very helpful. I received very good service from all three technicians, Anthony, Jim, and especially Brad. When doing the final steps to installing my garage door, Brad noticed that my door was off center, due to settling of my house. He made some adjustments and my garage door looks great. He also took extra time to clean and fix my original door opener, which was not working due to my sensors being messed up. It was above and beyond the work he was there to do. We recently purchased a home and had Precision come out and inspect/tune up the garage doors and put in a new keypad. Anthony was right on time, I explained what we were looking to accomplish, he went over a couple options, and we decided on a few minor repairs to ensure the doors were at their optimal function, since they were a little older. I felt no pressure or that he was trying to "up-sell" me something we didn't need and he completed the work in great time. I would consider him an asset to the company! I had a broken spring on my garage door. I called Precision about 2:00 and someone was at my house by 4:00. Mitch and Tom were my technician's and they were both wonderful. They were very nice and helpful. I would recommend Precision to everyone. It is a shame more companies do not operate like this one.
