I made an appointment for a Friday between 12:00 and 2:00. I received a call 30 minutes prior to arrival from the Service Technician, Dave. One Dave arrived and I presented him with my Angie's List Deal and explained what I had been experiencing with the door, Dave got right to work. After completing the tune-up and roller replacement, Dave explained what he had found and what my options were to fix the issues. I could have chosen from two options since I did not need a new door opener. I chose the "best" option which included replacing two springs, cables, pulleys, & boxes- basically everything but the door track. The "best" option comes with a lifetime warranty, whereas the "good" option only came with a 3-year warranty. Dave again got right to work and completed the job quickly. He was very pleasant and professional. I felt no pressure in making my decision on which service to have him complete. This was a great experience using Precision Overhead Garage Door! Thanks Dave!!

This is the second time I have used your service, both times Zoran Jovanovic was the repairman. He is excellent…provided professionalism, responded both by phone and in person within twenty-four hours, explained things in layman's terms, and thoroughly checked everything before leaving. Mr. Jovanovic repaired the problem of the eye very quickly. He then put cages around both of them to prevent them from getting out of alignment again. Last evening, one of the cables on my garage door had disconnected so I called the first garage repair that popped up on the website. I might add that their website seemed to offer everything that I was looking for, 24 hr service, close to my home, and reasonable pricing. I did wonder though, why the telephone number was not a local one, but I called anyway. After numerous rings a man finally answered. I didn't expect someone to answer that didn't speak English well. (Big Turnoff) However, his voice was clear enough for me to understand when he said "How far are you from downtown Cleveland"? (Second Big Turnoff). After listening to him mumble about 10 minutes, I decided to researched the web again and came across Precision. The advertisement and hyperlinks on the webpage made it easy to navigate and find just the right location close to my home. When I called, I heard a very professional and plesant voice. She address my concerns and scheduled me for a service call and email me confirmation. This morning I received a call from my service technician, Al Flemming, not only did he repair the cable on my garage door, he noted the cause of the problem was a broken spring, so I had him replace both of them. I made him aware of my current fixed income situation and he took it upon himself to make my repairs affordable. I would recommend Precision to everyone needing their garage door replaced or repaired. I feel confident that if all of the Precision Service Technicianss are as competent and professional as Al, you will be as satisfied as I am. You may even want to ask if Al Flemming is available. For Al Flemming 5 STARS, For the company 5 STARS and all of the Reps, 5 STARS.

I was EXTREMELY impressed with all aspects of your companyâ?¦from the time I made the call and talked with the secretary to the same-day completion of the project! The repair was done by Zoran Jovanovic. He checked all points and then explained all options to me thoroughly. After I agreed to all of his suggestions, he completed the entire task within a two-hour span and removed all excess material. Once again, he showed me everything he had done and told me the job was completely successful. I will certainly recommend your company to my friends. The professionalism and service are impeccable!
