My family and I had a terrific experience with our installer, Paul. He was prompt (early, in fact!), friendly, and patiently explained every piece of equipment that needed work or replacement. He installed my mother’s garage door opener with expertise, attention to detail, and most importantly, respect for my mother and her home. Afterwards, Paul stepped next door and provided an estimate for my sister’s garage door and opener. Although he was unable to do any work on my sister’s garage door that day due to requiring an entirely new door and opener, we are going to request Paul specifically to complete the job when the new door order arrives- that’s how pleased we are with your service!

John was great. Inspection revealed only sticking of weather seals to door that caused breakaway stiction when opening. He spent time explaining other aspects of the door function. We had a great experience with John from Precision door! A spring broke on our garage door and we couldn’t get the cars out. It was 4:30pm. I went on the website and there was availability at 6:00 pm that same day! John came out, explained all of the options and completed the work. He was friendly and very capable. Precision Garage Door has been out to service my garage a few times since we bought our house 3 years ago, They answer their phones 24/7 and seem to always have times available to come out. I had a problem today (Sunday), I thought I would have to schedule an appointment in the coming days but came to find out that they had availability today. Anthony (great guy) came out and got me operational again. I couldn't be happier. The other thing to mention, Precision has company employees that drive logo'd trucks. I've had other company's do repairs and they are less professional, they drive their own personal cars and look sketch. Precision is a step above. Thanks

Zoran called when he was 20 minutes out, arrived promptly, diagnosed and corrected the issue, gave me some helpful tips and was also very pleasant. However, the day before, the service center told me that a technician would call me to try to resolve the issue but I received no such call. Since it was a simple alignment issue, it may have prevented a service call.

I called them and they answered the phone and made the appointment for the next morning-Saturday from 8 to 10 AM. They were here promptly and communicated prior to appointment.
