We had a great experience with John from Precision door! A spring broke on our garage door and we couldn’t get the cars out. It was 4:30pm. I went on the website and there was availability at 6:00 pm that same day! John came out, explained all of the options and completed the work. He was friendly and very capable. We will use Precision again for our future garage door needs.

Technician was very good and appointment was made quickly. Unfortunately the price was rather extreme. Cost was $360 for a job that took 45 minutes and the only part needed was a $90 track. $270 for labor for a 45 minute job, which comes out to an hourly rate of $360 is just crazy. It's a shame because the job was done well but at that cost I'll have to look elsewhere next time.

I've used Precision Door twice and they always deliver A+ service at a fair price. They addressed my issue same day and the technician who did the work (Bill Adamini) is 1st rate. Anthony did a great job! He took one look at our LED lamps in the garage and thought they might be the problem! When we changed them out to incandescent the garage door remote worked fine! Leave it to the professionals! Great job! He lubricated the doors hinges, reprogrammed my car and was done in about 20 minutes! Well done!

I have used Precision in the past and was very much satisfied. Paul the technician was polite and helpful. My only disappointment was I only needed two light bulbs, and a battery. Expensive light bulbs and battery because of service charge my fault. I would call upon them again if needed.

Rick listened to me describe what happened to my garage door opener and knew immediately what was wrong with it and ultimately it needed to be replaced after 24 years of service. Rick gave me my options and I chose the $699 option and so glad I did due to safety switches, battery back up, two remotes, outside the garage door mounted opener, etc. Rick went right to work removing the old, installing the new and a couple hours later was good to go. Rick was friendly, professional and definitely knows his garage doors. I’ll have them for them back for the garage door upgrade soon. Thank you!!!
