Technician was very good and appointment was made quickly. Unfortunately the price was rather extreme. Cost was $360 for a job that took 45 minutes and the only part needed was a $90 track. $270 for labor for a 45 minute job, which comes out to an hourly rate of $360 is just crazy. It's a shame because the job was done well but at that cost I'll have to look elsewhere next time.

I've used Precision Door twice and they always deliver A+ service at a fair price. They addressed my issue same day and the technician who did the work (Bill Adamini) is 1st rate. The work was done fast and right at the estimate and Bill cleaned up after the work. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs Garage Door repairs or installation.

Anthony did a great job! He took one look at our LED lamps in the garage and thought they might be the problem! When we changed them out to incandescent the garage door remote worked fine! Leave it to the professionals! Great job! He lubricated the doors hinges, reprogrammed my car and was done in about 20 minutes! Well done!

I have used Precision in the past and was very much satisfied. Paul the technician was polite and helpful. My only disappointment was I only needed two light bulbs, and a battery. Expensive light bulbs and battery because of service charge my fault. I would call upon them again if needed.

Rick listened to me describe what happened to my garage door opener and knew immediately what was wrong with it and ultimately it needed to be replaced after 24 years of service. Rick gave me my options and I chose the $699 option and so glad I did due to safety switches, battery back up, two remotes, outside the garage door mounted opener, etc. Rick went right to work removing the old, installing the new and a couple hours later was good to go. Rick was friendly, professional and definitely knows his garage doors. I’ll have them for them back for the garage door upgrade soon. Thank you!!!

The Technician came to our Home. He determined the Problem right away. He have suggested replacement of the Garage Door Opener Unit. After installation was completed, Technician noticed that Garage Door itself was not functioning properly. He had all parts and tools to make repair. The whole job took les than two hours. Technician was very knowledgeable and courteous. He re-programmed all remotes (including Car). Good Job Well done! Thank you Zoran Jovanovic.

The door that was purchased 4 years ago through Precision was closing crooked. Scheduled a service call. John arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem and informed me that all parts were part of the warranty. Parts were replaced at no charge and the door functions properly. Only charge was for reasonable service call.
