First, I was happy to see that my repair could happen on the same day. My appointment was scheduled for 3-6 timeframe and Bill actually showed up early which was even better! He did a great job with the repair as well as going over my opener to make sure it runs better. He was able to repair it even better than before I had my issue. Great job, great customer service and well worth the money!

This is the second time in 2 weeks that I have had Precision door out to my home for garage door repairs (two completely separate issues). My experience both times has been overwhelmingly positive. The technician that replaced our garage door opener today, Bill Adamini, was timely, courteous, professional, and efficient. We are very pleased with our new opener. It is so quiet and has many safety features that our old one didn't. Matt Petroff was very patient and thorough in explaining the apparatus to me. He was very professional in his work and in cleaning up when he was done. I was especially happy he had all the necessary equipment witH him even though I hadnT ordered it when I made the appointment. The young lady who took my initial call was very pleasant and accommodating. I located your company thorough the Chagrin area yellow pages and have since heard your ad on the radio. I won't hesitate to recommend you to others if asked.

Had a broken spring on my door. Called Precision and they were here within 1 hour to repair. Anthony Wise did a great job and advised me on other problems with my door so we took care of that at the same time. Anthony was very polite and friendly and also very knowledgable. He completed the job quickly and was very thorough. Nice to see him dressed in a uniform as well. Overall I would give him and Precision an A++

As advertise Precision Door delivered the quality service outline in the video on there web page. I was quoted a price upfront and there was on hidden cost. The service technician Bill Adamini was on time and was able to resolve the problem in 20 minutes. He explained everything and took extra care in making sure the Garage Door was adjusted properly. All and all I would definely recommend Precision Door's price and service to a friend.

The two technicians who repaired my door and replaced my remote entry opener were very professional (I just can't see, to remember names). They took the time to explain what they were doing. They also, at my request, took the time to "scold" two of my kids for unsafe climbing of the garage door (don't ask). When a problem came up with my van remote, they promptly returned to take care of the issue. I would recommend your company in the future.

On Tuesday, I called the office asking for a service call appointment to repair loud noises when our garage door opens and closes. I was pleasantly surprised that I could get an appointment the next day or the following day between 8-10 AM. I chose the Thursday. The serviceman, Bill, called at 8:00 AM to let us know he was on the way. At first he had a hard time diagnosing the problem, but he continued to investigate all options and finally identified the problem. He fixed the problem and before leaving he explained the several steps he took to fix the problem. We also appreciated the fact that Bill offered a few suggestions that we could do to keep the noise from returning. Bill was pleasant and thorough and we really appreciated his dedication to figuring out the problem and fixing it. We are very satisfied and pleased with Bill and the work he performed for us. This service call definitely met our expectations. Thank you!
