Zoran called when he was 20 minutes out, arrived promptly, diagnosed and corrected the issue, gave me some helpful tips and was also very pleasant. However, the day before, the service center told me that a technician would call me to try to resolve the issue but I received no such call. Since it was a simple alignment issue, it may have prevented a service call.

Thank you for getting rid of the horrible noise my garage door was making. Zoran, the technician checked everything over and explained to me what was causing the noise and what he was going to repair/replace to fix it. Cannot believe the difference and how quiet the door is. Money well spent. He also showed me where to apply silicon every 6 months to maintain the hinges on the door.

Door spring broke and the door shifted on a Saturday at 4:00PM, so I could not get cars out of garage. Called Precision because they were listed on the internet as open. I was able to schedule service for either Sunday afternoon or Monday morning. The serviceman was extremely knowledgeable and made repairs efficiently and effectively.
