Chris was excellent. Walked me through options and made good recommendations. Initially was planning to do maintenance and repair an opener but was interested in a full service and replacement of worn parts and two new openers. Looking forward to having you service the doors in the future.

My husband called early in the morning because the springs on the door totally broke the night before(and cars were stuck inside). Al came out super fast and fixed quickly. All we paid was the service call because the springs were under warranty. Fantastic company, won't call anyone else! Highly recommend.

Five stars rating for sure. My technician, think I recall his name was Zoran, did a great job. He called me the night before the appointment to see if I had tried some simple fixes before coming out. He was trying to save me money. None of those simple fixes were viable so he came out the following day on time and showed me the issues. He then gave me three price options to consider which I appreciated. He completed the work in about one hour and the door operates perfectly now. Well done!

Prompt response to service call and quickly provided list of identified issues and options to correct them. I decided to purchase a new garage door. Precision replaced my broken springs and replaced a missing bearing to get my existing door working until the new one is installed. All completed in under 2 hours.
