i was impressed with the reviews that I read on-line. The repair person, Jason, was very polite and accommodating BUT I had agreed to a new door opener and while Jason was getting ready to do the job I called my brother and he said to stop installation as he told me earlier that it was a "coupler" that needed replacement. So Jason left, my brother went to a Genie store in Burton, bought the coupler for $ 5.00 and the door opener is fixed. As a single woman with no knowledge of door openers, I would have spent in excess of $500.00 but I had someone I could ask. It certainly made me wonder if the fact that I am a woman influenced Jason's decision to suggest a new opener. In fairness to Jason, he did say he would look at the opener in more detail but, of course, then I would have to pay for that service and possibly a new opener in the end. How would a female in your family handle this situation??? was a woman

This was a great experience. My husband got so frustrated with our old garage door opener panel that he ripped it off the wall. When I bought a new one to replace it, he couldnâ??t get it programed. I call late in the day on a Monday. They came early the next morning and had it programed in 15 minutes! Better yet, all the other remotes still worked!

Zoran showed up at least a half hour early. He took the time to assess the damage and told me about the price and was very understanding when the amount was more than I expected. He went back to get the parts and estimated it would take about 3 hours to fix. It didn

I was wondering why people write so many nice reviews for a garage door guy, but I have to say I was very happy with Precision so far and will need to use them again, once I decide what to do with my garage door problem. I got a friendly, prompt estimate and no pressure to "decide right now or I can't give you our good price." Instead Jason was understanding that I needed to number crunch in my own head and consult with an out of town spouse.

I am very pleased with the service and product provided by Precision Door Service. Our door broke a day before going on vacation and their response was excellent. We eventually purchased a new door rather than repairing our old door; we realized the door was on its last legs. Lo and behold, the new door was installed before we returned home! We are very impressed with the quality of work; everything is level, runs smooth, and new weather stripping was installed on the outside-very well done! Finally, the old door and rails were hauled away as they said they would. Nice job Precision Door, I will definitely recommend you to others should they need a garage door serviced or replaced.

I called last week to get an est and Ryan can out on Tuesday,he called and came early (which was good)I didn't have to wait hours for someone to come.Today which one week later the adapt was for between 10 am and 1 pm he called a little after 9 and asked if he could come early (which was great) and he arrived approx 930 and the job was completed less then an hour later. he did a great job , I hope all of your employees are of the same caliber Thanks again Ryan for a job well done

My service rep. was Anthony Wise and he knows his product cold. I have a good mechanical background and had learned something about the operation of garage doors. When I explained what I thought was wrong (one end winding drum had come unspooled) and what I wanted, Anthony was patient with me and made some additional suggestions including replacing the cables which showed signs of corrosion and new rollers. The old rollers demonstrated evidence of bearing deterioration. The work was done quickly and in a first class manner. The parts were a little more pricey than I had thought, but I consider this justifiable in view of the quality of the service. I will use this company again.

My wife picked Precision out of the yellow pages and i am glad she did. Bill Adamini called to confirm his arrival time. After examining my door he talked thru the various options in a very through and professional manner. Handled the installation very promptly and informed us of what he had completed once he was finished. Prompt response to service call and quickly provided list of identified issues and options to correct them. I decided to purchase a new garage door. Precision replaced my broken springs and replaced a missing bearing to get my existing door working until the new one is installed. All completed in under 2 hours.
