Precision Garage Door has been out to service my garage a few times since we bought our house 3 years ago, They answer their phones 24/7 and seem to always have times available to come out. I had a problem today (Sunday), I thought I would have to schedule an appointment in the coming days but came to find out that they had availability today. Anthony (great guy) came out and got me operational again. I couldn't be happier. The other thing to mention, Precision has company employees that drive logo'd trucks. I've had other company's do repairs and they are less professional, they drive their own personal cars and look sketch. Precision is a step above. Thanks

Called in the morning and call was answered in a timely manner and questions answered.I asked when installation of the system could be done and response was that afternoon. Technician arrived in the time frame explained the system and installed it within an hour. He then reviewed pertinent instructions and set the opener code. The service was excellent and thus far I am 100% pleased. Great job!

Our car was stuck in the garage after the spring broke. Since it was a Saturday, the other company which usually serviced our door said someone would call me on Monday. Even when I explained our car was stuck in the garage, I was again advised someone would call on Monday. I did a Google search for garage door repairs and Precision popped up. I called and was told a service person would be by later in the day. Zaron arrived early and fixed the problem promptly. He was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. He was a great guy and very polite. Precision will now be my garage door company and I also told my neighbor about Precision. I’ll always request Zaron to be my repairman too.

Great same day service to repair broken spring. Found Precision online. Called this morning. Attendant was friendly and made the appointment. The tech called to ask if he could come early. He arrived and completed the job in less than 30 minutes and gave me some advice on caring for my garage doors. Would definitely recommend Precision

In the past year I have spent $1,500 on springs and a new garage door opener with Precision. The service guys have been great. However, I recently purchased a $999 opener instead of $699 one because I believe I was misled on the warranty of the $699 opener. I was told the $699 opener didn't have more than a 5 year warranty on the motor and/or belt. I merely wanted an opener with a keypad and 2 remotes...however I was told the warranty was better on the $999 model. Then I was told I needed new rollers and that would cost me $230!!! I've spent over $1,500 in the last 2 months and they want $230 for 10 rollers? I felt I was deceived on the warranty and the after spending $1,500 i felt the rollers should have been discounted.
