I called yesterday and setup the appointment, my garage door is now fully functional, that's a very good feeling! Paul was a great pleasure to associate with. He completed multiple areas of work for crucial replacement parts and every aspect of the work was discussed in detail to me as the home owner. Broken springs replaced, new cams, new wires, rollers replaced. The completed work looks excellent and the garage door is now solid and quiet! The cost was very reasonable based on all the work that was done. Thank you.

Our tech Michael was responsive and did a great job updating me about his arrival time. He fixed our issue quickly (broken springs) and efficiently and gave great tips to keep our garage door and system maintained. He also secured a loose part of the door easily and cleaned up my garage floor of dirt and leaves which was a total bonus!! Our door is working great and I appreciate the quick and friendly service!

You put in new springs for me, they were not adjusted evenly, you charged me $75 to show up - adjusted the springs for another $75 and left after 7 months of doing the job with a supposed 3 year guarantee and me having to pay you another $150 - I will never do business with you again!

Our technician (Al Fleming) was very professional, extremely polite, very courteous, and quite knowledgable. We really appreciate the prompt service, too. We called last evening and were up and running this morning. You could not ask for better service. Your representative was at the house very promptly, and that was especially important as I had a serious appointment at the time. Don't object to the $65 cost of the service cost. The second time the rep has made a heavy pitch for about $700 upgrade of my door. Very expensive calls if response is positive.

The repairman communicated well, arrived on schedule. He inspected the door, found a problem we had not seen, and repaired it under warranty. A small scratch in the new door section occurred on route to our house, which the repairman offered to replace. I chose to have the scratch painted, instead.

We have had Jason do work on our garage remotes and opener before. As in the past, we have been very pleased with the way he handles things. He is fair and takes the time to explain the issue that needs attention. I hope our garage remote control issues are finally fixed and we won't need service for a while, but if we do, I certainly wouldn't hesitate to call on Jason for service. I also was so pleased that he came out the next day, after I called to fix the frustrating issues we had so the problems wouldn't continues.

Jason was an excellent technician. He came when he was scheduled. He took his time and really put a lot of effort into trying to discover our remote garage opener issues that have caused us repeated problems. He clearly explained what the problem was and gave us the best possible options to solve the issue. The door was installed on May 2nd. The following Wed I was having trouble with the door not going down. Bill came out to fix the one problem. the following day I still had the same problem. Anthony came out and looked at my door in a different way. He found where the door had a stress point and solved the problem,hopefully. His customer service is excellent and explained the issue to my understanding. He has a wonderful attitude toward his work and shows it through his communication with the customer. Precision Door was recommended by a friend, and they had an excellent rating on Angie's List. I called because a spring had broken on the garage door. The appointment confirmation email contained photos of their technicians, so I knew whom to expect. Brad was prompt, polite and professional, explained additional problems with worn bearings on the very old garage door, as well as all options from just replacing the springs to rebuilding the parts to replacing the door completely. Because I felt the old wooden door maintained the character of the older home, I elected not to replace but to rebuild. Brad did an excellent job. I highly recommend Precision Door for your needs.
