I am very happy with the service provided. When I called an actual person answered the phone. They took my information and scheduled an appointment for the next day. The day of the appointment, the technician called ahead to inform me of his arrival time. He was quick and efficient. He provided a quote and I promptly gave a deposit. The installation of my new garage door opener was quick and done well. The cost was reasonable considering all the features I got with it. The keypad even displays the time and temperature. It came with a lifetime motor and belt warranty, a five-year parts warranty, a five-year LED warranty, and a one-year warranty on battery backup. It also has a camera, and the cost was $1.099.00. The garage door opener has been working well so far. I understand that you can use your smart phone to open the door from anywhere and find out if it's open or closed. I have not tried this feature yet.

The connection point of my track from the opener to the wall was pulling away. Unsure of what was causing this, I called Precision to diagnose and fix, as they originally installed the door 5 years ago. They answered my call immediately, dispatched Nick same day, and he had everything as it should be within 30 minutes of arriving. Now that's incredible service that is unheard of!

Our technician Nick was very friendly and helpful. Our scheduled time was between 4-6 and Nick a called and said he was running early and would be coming sooner.
